The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived a little after 2pm and here it is 2:38pm and nobody has even greeted me. I have witnessed 4 customers walk out and I am about to be the 5th. There aren’t a whole lot of people here, but it’s like they can only help one person at a time. This has me wanting to cancel my service and all I’m trying to do is return this Fios Extender. Please do better!!

Our sales person Mahad was awesome. He helped us from beginning to end from picking phones, selecting accessories, setting up our lines, transferring services etc. he even stayed after closing to help us finish transferring data from our old phones. Great service thank you Mahad!

Had such an amazing & stress free experience at the Verizon location in Alexandria, because of their Employee Ms. Khiya. She was very kind, explained the process thoroughly and very attentive. Couldn’t be happier with such amazing service. Thank you.

Greg at the Landmark Plaza store is outstanding! The only problem I have with this location is with the staffing never seeming to be enough, so come with a charged phone, book, magazine, newspaper or homework to focus on while you wait your turn. Do Not go to the Clarendon store. Awful.

This is the worst customer service that I’ve gotten in my life. I came in to do a trade in.He explained all the promotions and i decided to do the trade in. That was my worst decision. He rather added a new line and now am paying for a new line plus charges plus my own line. My bill is so high. I am not surprised this store has this much poor reviews. If you want your peace of mind, stay away from this location and you will thank me later . The guy so rude. I was only trying to get answers as to why I am paying for a new line on my account.

Devaughn is great! He had already clocked out, was heading to his lunch break and decided to help me anyway. It was well within his right to let the next associate help me, but his commitment to customer service got me in and out quickly.

Greg was so helpful and patient helping me pick out and set up a new phone! I will definitely come back. Just be sure to make an appointment as they are really busy and seem to be short on staff.
