I could write a novel about why you should never trust this pharmacy but I’ll just leave it at this - they clearly refill medications you ask them not to just to get their numbers up and the pharmacist in charge is combative/arrogant and not interested in proper patient care whatsoever. They can’t keep your profile organized to save their lives. The front of the store is fine, though. I actually enjoy shopping here. I wish I could give them a separate review.

After visiting quite possibly every CVS and Walgreens in the area, and in Baltimore, I can confidently say this location especially the pharmacy is the best experience I’ve encountered! Always quick, effective, and KIND!!! It’s so rare nowadays to have kind customer service interactions that leave you feel not-drained afterwards, and my walgreens visits are always flawless. Be kind to one another, we’re all tired, we’re all stressed, and we’re all working to survive 🙂 Thank you Walgreens Team for one less stressful chore on the to-do list!

It’s no wonder this Walgreens pharmacy racks up so many 1-star reviews. The staff are unprofessional and the Ethiopian pharmacist is especially rude, disrespectful, and careless. Her behavior is unacceptable for someone in a position of responsibility, and she should be terminated. This kind of conduct not only creates a hostile environment but also puts customers at risk. Avoid this location if you expect respectful, competent service.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS PHARMACY! I have NEVER had as many issues with filling a medication as I have with this pharmacy. They DO NOT follow THEIR OWN process for anything. They will outright gaslight you and make you feel crazy for even the simplest thing. The lead pharmacist is utterly incapable of listening to patients and is absolutely useless when it comes to BASIC COUNTING as increments of 30 days seems to elude him. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away.

10 stars for the pharmacy! The manager of the pharmacy has been an excellent leader for years. The staff are professional and kind. I am thankful for the care my children receive when they are sick.

Will not be making another vaccine appointment here. It’s 45 minutes past my appointment time now and I’m still waiting…

I order a product online that I needed urgently. Yazan, the delivery person was very responsive and on time. In less than an hour I had my item. I am very pleased with the delivery service. Thanks
