Shantelle is a phenomenal employee at the CubeSmart Store #0811 at 255 Exterior Street, Bronx, NY on 135th street. I was having difficulty with my unit door due to a shift of boxes in my unit. Shantelle willingly helped me out providing assistance where needed. It is this type of customer service that makes patronizing a business a pleasant experience. Make her a corporate customer service trainer and manager immediately!
I'm brand new to this facility " The lead clerk Mr.Adrian was super helpful explained all the details gave me a tour of the place and detailed my price and the savings plus a gift bag lol lol 10/28/2025 Tuesday. I felt very comfortable with the staff on duty TY Team
Fernando makes you feel welcomed and makes everything nice and easy for you in this storage facility. He is the nicest most genuine and funny employee in there! Ask for Fernando! Also very Clean facility.
Sasha, who helped us out this morning, could not have been any more professional. I booked a unit that I didn’t like and within minutes, Sasha understood my needs and helped me find the right space. She made the transaction easy and explained everything thoroughly. This was the smoothest transaction I have had in a long time.
