Extra Space Storage

Let me start by saying—this has to be the best Extra Space Storage in NYC, maybe even the best storage facility in the city, period. The facility is spotless. I didn’t see a single rat dropping, no roach, nothing—and for me, that’s incredibly important. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows. The entire place is extremely well maintained, even the bathroom, which is rare when it comes to storage facilities. When I arrived to store my belongings, I realized I had overlooked an important detail: my items needed to be kept in a climate-controlled environment, and unfortunately, this location doesn’t offer that. I had a bit of a meltdown—but Justin, the store manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He listened to my concerns (and frustration with myself), reassured me that we’d find a solution—and we did. Moving is stressful enough, so I deeply appreciated the time and attention both Justin and Asia gave me. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and supported during the process.I've stored at several places before, and this one stands out because the staff genuinely care about what they do. The level of customer service here is exceptional. I sincerely hope upper management and corporate take notice—Justin and Asia deserve recognition for the superb job they’re doing. PS - See attached pics of the unit I chose. My unit was a 10 x 10…. Bigger than I needed

I came in to check units out and i was Help by Asia. She was very profesional and helpful showing me a little of every size to make the right decision with my moving belongings. She answer every questions and concerns I had that made me comfortable to move in at this location. She always greets you with a smile and always speak to you with respect. I will recommend you to come rent at this location and ask for Asia. She amazing!

Marisol helped to make sure I got to take out all my stuff from my storage , she was efficient and very helpful ! You guys should greatful to have her apart of your team

Great places. Uno de los trabajadores Carlos, fue increíble y profesional. Tiene gran sentido del humor y es muy simpático. El lugar huele muy bien sobretodo.

My experience here was amazing. I went in to pay a quick bill and was assisted by Asia. She helped me with everything I needed, and had a great attitude throughout our interactions. I would highly recommend coming and using this as your Storage.
