Our Bekins rep Dan Chapman was the best, he answered all my questions and would get back to me in record time. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish, from California to Idaho for the first leg of our future journeys. Moving is always stressful and looking at years of accumulated stuff made me wonder if it was even possible. We can’t thank Bekins enough for getting us through it all from beginning to end. Dan saw what we had and gave us an estimate based on the high end with options how we could help with lowering costs. Once the movers came what seemed an impossible job became a reality in a matter of hours. Two days later we were at our new location, the truck was unloaded and item’s were deposited where we wanted—and I might add this was done cheerfully. The cherry on top—the final invoice was way lower than the estimate. I do hope this is our last move but if not, I would call them again.
