What a great and positive experience I had. Jack was fantastic and was a tremendous help. He answered all the many questions I had and set me up with my solar system. My delivery was on time and the driver was also very friendly. Great prices and had all equipment in stock that I needed. Again, I had a great experience.

The good: Great store for your solar needs, even if you are not a business just someone that needs stuff in small amount this is the place to be. Walkins welcome, most of the staff I interacted with was great heping out and trying the best to assist. The bad: most of staff was helpful, but my experience with Mark, was an unforgotable one. Me as a walking customer had questions on pricing and products just like you do when you walk to any store, but Mark got annoyed by my questions and started cursing about it! That was unnaceptable. I felt super upset with this, Mark seems to be the most knowledgeable member and young workers can learn alot from him but his attitude and and unwilliness to help its a no no. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. Store its great overall.

Called and ordered a solar inverter from them, spoke with Bailey Tiu requesting a string inverter. He informed me that they dont have any SMA Inverters (which are string inverters), but he said the solar edge inverters also are string inverters that dont require optimizers for the panels to function. The inverter arrived, and what do you know, we called Solar Edge and it turns out that they dont have string inverters. We called CED Greentech back and asked for a refund because their sales person screwed up, but they refused to give a refund back. Top notch customer service, basically spit in the customers face, as long as they get the money.

Interesting interaction i was completely unaware of the fact that you have a store employee collect all of the products you are purchasing so you just wait for them to bring you the stuff you are buying not like a classic store where you go and collect the product you are buying so i just wondered in and quickly found out that I was not supposed to be there which is something I think should be clearly posted somewhere but I did see and suck posting would be helpful to know ya know lol

I bought $15,000 worth of materials for an install, we needed a $4 piece,called the place no answer drove 30 miles just to find out they are doing inventory I explained my situation they go ask their boss the boss says cannot give it away come back Monday, we are working on an extreme heat under the sun these greedy people have zero costumer service God forbid they come up minus $4 with their inventory.
