This was the 4th store I ended up at attempting to get my phone unlocked. The assistant manager Matthew rebooted my phone so I just had to transfer my info from my old phone. Great customer service and updated me what was happening during the process.

I have an older cell phone and the battery just wasn't holding a charge as long. We tried several stores and they all said the battery was not available. We called the Cherry Hill Batteries Plus store (which was listed as an authorized service center by the phone manufacturer) and spoke to Matt. He was able to order the battery. He called us when it arrived a few days later and installed it in minutes. Thanks to Matt for fantastic customer service!!
