The Michigan Solar team managed all the underlying setup to ensure the system was ready for City and DTE’s inspection. Despite the chilly weather, every step was completed on time, and the team took care to explain everything clearly to me as the end user. Mike, Rei, and Russell helped uninstall and reinstall our entire solar system for a roof replacement, while also adding pest deterrent. The whole crew was friendly and knowledgeable throughout, and they got the job done in a timely manner as well. The system was all put back together and everything works as expected. Thank you MSS!

I got an 8-panel 3.6 kW system installed for $14.7k, tax included. I compared other solar installers, and Blue Raven said the system I could get DTE to agree to given my usage would be too small for them to even give me a quote. Freedom Forever and MSS were neck-and-neck, at least after FF offered a better deal when I told them about MSS’s quote. The sales rep - Carl S - discussed tradeoffs, walked me through the system’s capabilities, and was responsive to texts throughout the process. My thanks to the installation team who were timely, effective, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They completed their work in about 5 hours. Rei was quick and efficient with his site survey today in preparation for our installation! He answered all my questions and made me even more excited to be working with MSS on this project! They were quick,friendly, and efficient taking only 7 hours from start to finish. Within 3 weeks inspections were completed by the county and DTE did their tests! We recently experienced a failure of our SolarEdge inverter, which was fortunately still under warranty. Throughout this situation, the Michigan Solar Solutions team provided outstanding support.
