Attendant was personable and area was clean. Reserved our unit online and upon arrival, it was pretty straightforward. We were walked to our unit and shown where to get carts for moving items in. Able to back truck up to entrance of building. There’s also a ramp to move things easily. Move out process was also seamless. Convenient location.

The facility is clean and the staff are attentive and professional in their interactions. Location manger Leticia was great to work with, very accommodating when locating and setting up a second unit next to my first unit. Very happy with this location.

Convenient location and had the availability that I needed. Property manager Jason is awesome and makes the difference between iStorage and its competitors. I appreciate the customer support at this Evanston site - as well as the staff from the main office. Will keep my business with them.

Renting a 10 x 5 unit for NU move out and summer storage. The Online reservation process was seamless. Met Jason on site and he helped us locate our unit as well as show us the most convenient access! We purchased a lock on site and some additional boxes which saved us a trip elsewhere! The whole process thus far has been great! Thanks again, Jason for your help!

I had a tricky situation where my cousin had to start the storage and I had to pick it up. The property manager put in extra effort to help us put two names on the lease and coordinate together. Great service and would use again.

I had a terrible experience with this facility. There was a lot of turnover in the front office staff and there was rarely someone present on site. The access doors were often propped open with nobody unloading. The space looked and smelled dirty. When I found rodent droppings in my storage unit, I called the office and spoke to one of the many rotating managers. She indicated that she had smelled the rodents a few weeks earlier, but that there was nothing she could do. She offered me sticky traps on the condition that I regularly check my unit in order to dispose of dead rodents. Instead, I canceled my contract (that wasn't easy, either) and I moved to a new storage facility, which has not given me any problems.

The service is excellent. The staff is very friendly, especially Leticia. She is very kind, she will answer any question you have. And she also speaks Spanish.
