Albert Lee Appliance - Fife Warehouse

Purchased a microwave from Albert Lea of Tacoma. Granted, it was about 10-15 minutes before the warehouse closed. The salesman told me that he would call them and that they would wait for me as I would be about 5 minutes late to pick it up. When I pulled up to the Warehouse office a couple minutes after 6:00, guys were walking out the door to leave. I go into the office and the only guy remaining had the absolute worst attitude I've ever seen in customer service. He said his guys leave at 6:00 sharp and wouldn't stay a minute after regardless what the sales guy promised. Calling back to the salesman, it turned out no call was made after all, just an email sent. Minimal effort on all ends. This was my first and last time dealing with this company.

After doing thousands and thousands of dollars in business with Albert Lee, we were very disappointed to receive 2 damaged appliances that we didn’t notice until we were ready to install. It was stated clearly in our contract, that we did not read, that we had 3 days to contact them if appliance was damaged. All they would do is refer us to the manufacturer who repaired one and wrote us a small check for the other. Albert Lee should have taken these damaged appliances back for good customer service. They had every right not to per contract and I have every right never to shop there after many years of being a good customer.

I've picked up items bought at it's show rooms, three times lately, my wait times were minimal. Staff sufficiently friendly. Quiet a smooth operation IMO

Had a will call pick up. They got my item in a timely manner and helped me load it. Very good.

Let me start by saying I love the customer service and customer support I’ve received from the Tacoma WA store. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with your company and had planned on continuing to purchase all my appliances from Albert Lee’s. I’ve recommended your business to countless friends and family members! That said, your receiver Kelly Richardson at the Fife WA warehouse is so rude, and snappy with drivers delivering your products that I will never spend another dime or recommend your company to anyone as long as she continues to work there! Her attitude is the poorest representation I’ve ever witnessed in my 18 years of driving! I had heard from other delivery drivers in the area about her poor attitude but today was the 1st time I got to experience it first hand. I did nothing that called for her to be so extremely rude. She doesn’t communicate her expectations and then flies off the handle when you’re unable to read her thoughts! Extremely disappointed that I will have to take my business elsewhere but as long as she remains your employee I can’t support a business that allows their employees to treat delivery drivers like we’re 2nd class! We’re all just trying to get our jobs done, we’re not trying to get verbally assaulted while doing so!

Bought our appliances from them for our house and they couldn't deliver them so I had to pick them up from their warehouse in Fife. They told me they were ready to be picked up so I drove up there and they weren't there. The next week they told me again they were ready to be picked up and when I got there, they had sold the appliances I paid for to someone else, they are a joke.

Our stove was 2 days late because of a "clerical" error. Warehouse was slow and no one was In a hurry. For a top appliance seller I just expected more. No apology for being late, nothing. Back to Homedepot or Lowes fot the next appliance. At least your expectations aren't high.
