Terrible customer service. Will never spend my hard earned dollars here and will actively recommend to any who will listen to do the same. Suggest going forward you actually help customers when they have a question instead of being rude to them and typing away on the computer because you're 'busy' and 'working'

This place has everything if you are ever in a bind and need something fast. Every sales associate I have encountered is super nice and very helpful, which isn't typical for Fife part stores! Prices are a bit above average, but you pay for helpful service and parts that everyone else is out of! They have a nice ramp outside for oversized items. The only con to this place is it is hard to find because of all the tress along pac Ave in Fife. I enjoy doing business with these folks!

Other than no pricing on the product great place. Very helpful service . Speedy help.

Updated 5/29: Apology to Grainger for not updating my review sooner. The only thing that Grainger missed was during my first pick up, a spanner or bushing to adapt the 5/8" shaft to 3/4" wheel bearing was missing. Otherwise it was a very rewarding experience because Grainger offered a full line of products for professionals, not the kludge you normally find in the big box "consumer stores". I also better understand now some products are shipped from Spokane second day, and others from more remote locations like Illinois that will take longer. Anyway I have a new tire now that will out last my wheelbarror. Original: Could have been a 6 star. I was looking for a replacement wheel for my old wheelbarrow. Locally I found many products with unclear indications about the fit. In Granger I saw a full line of products with clear details about how they fit. The technical expert on call knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me clear confirmation of my understandng. no maybe's. So far so good and this could have been a six-star experience except for two hick ups. The first was a missing part when I picked up from the local store in Fife, i.e., a bushings or "spanner" to adapt my 5/8" axel to the 3/4" wheel bearing. Therefore I had to reorder another one that fits 5/8" exactly but it took longer to arrive. Because of the long drive from my home I called the 1-800 number to confirm its arrival. But when I made it to the local store the local employee "guaranteed" to me that it has not arrived yet. This is why I gave a four star. But I will keep in mind that Granger has good selections of products and they are industrial grade.

Good knowledgeable sales persons, nice customer service, lots of available products, but it is not self serve, like home Depot, or Lowe's. You need to know what you want, and need, and you need a sales person to help you order, and pay. Good location.

It’s so far from my location and they close so early

Furnace died last night. Found the part I thought I needed… upon entering and asking for said part, the associate took the time, and several trips to the back, to verify the proper part. Once we realized they didn’t have what I needed she ran down the part, and had it put on hold for my pickup at their sister location. They really went above and beyond to help, and I have a working furnace as proof.
