Fife RV Center provided outstanding customer care and service, for 2023, Ram Promaster 3500, which far surpassed all expectation. SOK batteries and solar panels, suddenly stopped providing any power. We are from the East coast, and were desperate for trustworthy expertise and repair. From the moment I called Fife, Kevin and Chris, were patient, courteous, and very reassuring. Thank you Kevin, for treating my worried nerves, with comforting professionalism, warmth, and encouragement. In person and on the phone, your kindness was the gift, I didn't know I needed. Thank you, Chris, who's professional laser focus, produced an expedient diagnostic evaluation, repair estimate, and subsequent replacement of a defective kill switch. It meant, that an hour later, our vehicle was repaired, returned, and the final cost was under estimate. Chris, also provided important education, to ensure that we could understand and better manage, our electrical system. Fife RV, provided a fantastic experience, thanks to an unbeatable team. They have an outstanding service department, talented mechanics, convenient location, comfortable area to wait, and beautiful selection of recreational vehicles to explore. Fife RV is fabulous, and we are very grateful that their knowledge, skill, and professionalism, made our Promaster problems, disappear. Highly recommend this outstanding RV resource.

We are thrilled with the purchase of our Vintage camper. We had the best experience with our sales expert, Tony Cowan. He made sure we got exactly what fit our needs and camping style. Definitely 5 star service.

Kim is an amazing, honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable salesperson. She was very awesome to work with! And Tad in Finance was pretty awesome too! Highly recommend!. Kristine was excellent doing our orientation for our new motorhome that we picked up on 8/21/25. She did a walk around with us and explained how everything works and answered all of our questions and was very professional and very nice. She was very helpful and we would highly recommend her again.

Stopped in to look for parts and ask for advice. Joe was happy to help, and went over and above (even went to their repair center to get us a tool to borrow). Then he asked his co-worker, Shaun, to take my parents on a quick tour to see newer smaller better RVs. Shaun was a delight too. He let us look, answered questions and no pressure. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks Joe and Shaun! Highly recommend.

Just want to mention how the service here was very good, thanks to Shaun who helped, without seeming pushy in finding my RV. Then taking delivery, Sam was great in explaining the ins and outs of my RV. I thought it would take me a few RV locations to shop at, but Fife who has a large lot to choose from, was the 1st place I went to that had exactly what I wanted.
