The car battery is not working and the receipt said two year free replacement,but they refuse to honor that and gave me the hard time to replace a new one. Never come here again!!

4037 Hemphill st in ft worth tx made me feel real uncomfortable I wanted look at a part he got for to make sure it 100 percent the right one because he said it's no refund I asked can I look at it personally because he was not taking it all the way out the box I said can I see it please he told me no he's the only one that can hold because he has had people run out on him like do he look at his costumers like that he said he was regional manager I believe he said his name is Jeffery I believe he didn't have a name bage on I told him as long as I've been coming to this store you are the 1st one to ever do that to me he just shrugged it off like I came I'm there to steal.

I took back a unused tool with a receipt dude would not return tool with out my phone number and personal information. This will be my last time buying from them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service had a great time talking to the associates. Love it love it love it. I will be coming back and I will be recommending more people.

They close early when they feel like it. Lock the doors and stare at you like you are an AHole for showing up 12 minutes before the time on the door. Knew exactly what I wanted. Would have been in/out in 5 minutes. Went to Autozone next door. Lately they've had better prices on most things And they are open!

Nice attendants. Pretty good supply of auto parts. My sister ordered parts online but got to this store only to find out they didn't have them.
