My daughter has a 2014 XC60 with over 140K miles on it that had some warning lights showing up and needed maintenance. I live in Dallas and looked at the dealerships here to book the 140K service and it was almost $900! I decided to see if it might be a little cheaper somewhere else and took at look at Autobahn. Well, the price was almost half of what it was in Dallas, so I thought it would be worth a shot to save that much money. It definitely was worth it, and not just for the significant difference in price. My advisor, Mike Montes, was incredible! I was going to just wait, but it turned out some decently significant work needed to be done to put it back in good shape. I could have waited a few hours, but when I asked if I could have a loaner so I wouldn't have to fight rush-hour back to Dallas, Mike said no problem. By the time I got back to the dealership from visiting family about 10 minutes away, there was already a brand-new loaner waiting for me to grab. It took about 10 more minutes to fill out the paperwork and I was on my way back to Dallas in style. I own another car which is trying to be a luxury model, but they often struggle to even get a rent car for me, let alone a comparable loaner, even with days notice. It was incredibly refreshing to be treated like such a valued customer, even when bringing in a 10-year-old car. Needless to say, even when I just need an oil change, I'll be driving back to Ft Worth for service. They are top-notch and Mike is as good as they come. If the other service advisors are anything like him, you will not be disappointed getting service at Autobahn Volvo. If for some reason you are, my bet would be they'll make it right also. It's definitely worth the drive. Thanks Mike and crew!
