Firestone Complete Auto Care

After having an unexpected blowout, and an unusually sized tire and calling around to numerous other retailers, this store had my tires in stock and extremely high provided great customer service. They went out of the way to ensure I was taken care of in a prompt and timely manner, especially since it was close to the end of the day. That really spoke volumes that they were trying to keep me in my car, And make the best of a bad situation. The tech was extremely professional And thorough.The ladies at the front desk and on the phone who handled my calls and paperwork, Kim and Alexis We’re very kind, compassionate And insured all my questions were answered and details were handled. We all get flat tires, but it’s nice to know that Firestone really stepped up and came through for me on all fronts In this situation.

I want to thank Zaire Berry, the service manager at Firestone, for his excellent customer service. I came in for an appointment, but the wrong tires had been ordered. Zaire noticed that I had been in several times trying to get this service done, and he went above and beyond to make things right. He quickly ordered the correct tires, got me in the very next day, and made sure I was accommodated for all the inconvenience. I really appreciate his professionalism and effort to make the situation right!

I went into the store with the goal of getting a new set of tires price matched from another retailer. The store manager informed me that my specific choice was out of stock, however offered the same deal on another set of tires of my choosing along with their in store promotion at the time. Tires came in quickly and appointment was easy.

Took my car in after discovering what appeared to be a nail puncture that I felt could be patched based on its location on the tire. After bringing the car in the Store Manager came out to let me know that the nail hadn’t actually punctured the tire based on its size and that there would be no charge for their time. He even took a moment to walk me out to the garage, assured me that everything was in order, and thanked me for bringing in the vehicle. It may seem like a little thing, but honesty like that goes a long way in my book. Steven or his team could have easily chosen to make a quick $20 for work that wasn’t needed or done, but instead chose integrity. Thank you!

I went to Firestone, to get my Wrangler fixed. The rotors were being eaten alive and the root cause was difficult to diagnose. Firestone did it! The fix wasn't an easy task. Yet, they fixed it for a reasonable price and in record time! I'm beyond grateful that there are still mechanics out there, that are honest, reasonable and just easy to work with. I'd highly recommend them!

I get there and a woman is upset at them for not even getting started on her car by the time it should be ready. They tell me it’ll be "up to 45 minutes to an hour, because our guy is at lunch". I come back after over an hour and they just shrug and say "he’s still at lunch". Similar stories for the last 4 times I’ve been to a Firestone. All of their 5 star reviews are by people with 2-5 reviews…

Go in on Saturday about 11am for oil change and was told about 2 hour wait. About 4 or 5 workers. Go in Sunday right at opening and guy says 2 hours again. I ask how, you just opened. He says, "i just told you". He had a few other cars in front, so I asked are they all oil changes and he said no. So they must just say 2 hours no matter what. I can understand being short handed but thats not what he said.
