Zach and Melissa went above and beyond during a busy time to help me with a complex print job. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I go into this Office Depot multiple times a week, and every time the experience is consistently excellent!! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met no matter what I’m looking for! This location is very dependable and genuinely cares about their customers!

This Office Depot location never disappoints! Israel was a very helpful and was able to get the job done on lamination the exact way I needed it to be done. Customer service was excellent and he deserves some recognition! Thank you so much for caring for your customers and reppin Office Depot to the fullest!!

I will never go back to this location ever again. I was there a couple of months ago. I was trying to get a banner made in honor of my son that I lost due to suicide, so it was very emotional for me. I ordered a 3 foot banner to walk in the out of darkness parade in honor of those that have lost their life due to suicide. They printed a 6 foot banner instead of the 3 foot. The guy Andy, which I’m not sure if he’s still there I told him it was not the right size that I ordered and they did not put the tags where there was supposed to be. I started to cry because like I said it’s very emotional. He told me that they are not paid to be emotional ought to have feelings. I started to cancel my business select but reassured that it would not happen again literally a couple of days ago I went back in to this very location to print some condolences cards for those that have lost a child. I believe it was the manager, tall Caucasian guy, blonde hair glasses, very rude very ugly normally what I was trying to do I was told that they did not have time to help me and that I needed to figure it out myself once again I left the store in tears. I’m in customer service myself and grieving the loss of a child and if I can put on a smiley face and push through the pain of the loss of a child to make sure that my customers are happy, I’m not sure why this gentleman cannot. I would definitely be counseling my business select and go somewhere that has compassion for their customers and treated with respect.

I came in today to grab a poly mailer and was bummed to find they were out of stock. As I was walking out, I heard one of the store associates ask if I couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I responded "Unfortunately I couldn’t, unless the big poly mailers are hiding from me!". He told me to hang on a moment while he finished checking out another customer and after asking how many I needed (just one large one), he walked to the back of the store. After a minute he came back with not one, but TWO poly mailers for me out of his personal stash! He told me there was no way to ring them up for me, and he just asked for a Google review in return. I wish I could give 6 stars, he really went above and beyond and made my day with his simple act of kindness I’ll come here for all my office needs now!

While on vacation, I was in need of a report and somehow ordered it printed at another OfficeDepot miles away. When I was notified it was ready for pick up and went to the Carroll Street location I was told that nothing was ready, the clerk helped me figure out my error and was able to print my report for me even though I was outside the same day time window. I was very appreciative and would recommend printing at this location.

They were very friendly and helpful here. I had trouble faxing, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got a result.
