Asked for a battery for my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu they looked it up on computer for about 10 minutes and told me I needed a H7 battery they gave me one and I paid for it $85. Something seemed off with battery they sold me so before walking out I placed battery they sold me right next to the one I was replacing they sold me the wrong one I needed an H8 battery. I tried exchanging it for the one I needed but they did not have one I tried asking for a full refund but they said no refunds to come back in a couple of days I needed the battery that day not in a couple of days. Would be nice if they took accountability for their mistakes and offered refunds once in a while.

Had to replace 3 group 31 screw top batteries and I was very specific on the exterior of the battery to match the others. They had exactly what I needed and went to the back and found exactly what I needed. There was no "if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it." Awesome customer service. I'll be going back for sure.
John was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He even let me talk his head off because I am a talker . I would definitely recommend this place to buy a refurbished battery. Thank you John again for being so uplifting. Made my day on this rainy and cloudy day.
This is the place for great batteries & very good prices. I bought my last battery 4 yrs ago with no issues!!! It cost me $40!!!! 4yrs strong & batteries I used to get from car part stores or big retailers always gave out after a year. I love Singletons.
Cheap batteries starting at $40 and with a good warranty. Went there a week and a half ago on a Thursday got the battery left the truck off all weekend Monday morning went to turn it on and was dead. So I took it back Monday afternoon they checked it found out it was a bad battery and swapped it out no problems or hassle battery has been fine since that's good customer service. And they are decent batteries a lot cheaper than 150 - $200 FYI you need to take your old battery or it will be ten bucks more. Definitely will be getting some more batteries from them in the future for other vehicles. I recommend this place
