Batteries Plus

I've always questioned how a business that sells just batteries and bulbs could stay in business, Now I Know! I always buy my batteries online and find grrat prices. We were in a bind though, a very small LiFePO battery that we use for one of our pumps broke, and we needed that pump for a job that day. Friends told me that this place will have any battery you ever need. As soon as we walked in, Kevin (The store manager) greeted and helped me get the exact battery I was needing. He gave amazing customer service and great support for our business. Best of all, the price was fair for the battery we got. Our pump worked better than ever!! We were out of there in 5 minutes. We are definitely going to be a returning customers. We are very pleases with this store and their service!

I had a dead battery across the street and the store manager Kevin was extremely kind. He even walked me over to my car to jump my battery. With no pressure he said if you ever need any help or what not go shop around for batteries and I'll be here if you need me. 30 minutes later I decided that he was the best customer service and he was thorough and got me on the road again. He is a lifesaver and I'm very grateful for him.

Used School coupon for discount. They cut car key for me. It was about $50, I already had parts I ordered online. Also, bought 2 pks of 24 batteries. It was buy 2 for $30. Good deals and service good. Employees very helpful.

Been dealing with "what I thought to be" a weak battery for several years. Brought it in and asked them to test it, just curious cause I'd put off replacing it for so long. I was on a road trip 1200 miles from home but didn't mention that detail. They tested it and said "I hate to lose the sale, but this battery seems fine". I did notice a loose terminal when taking it off. It's nice to find a business with integrity. They easily could've taken advantage of me but they were honest.

Excelente servicio al cliente, se esmeran en ayudar a buscar lo que uno necesita, hay un muchacho que habla español, me ayudo con lo que necesitaba en este caso fue hacer copias de mi llave del carro y programarla. Además estuve viendo en toda la tienda y tienen gran variedad de baterías de todo tipo que puedas necesitar (desde las más comunes como AA o AAA hasta baterías para camiones) y varios tipos de bombillos y linternas entre otros accesorios.

My spouse and I dropped off our ten year old Apple laptop with extremely low battery power. Picked it up last week. Working great now, hardly need to charge it. Thank you to the staff at Batteries Plus!

Kevin, whom I didn't even know was the Manager, was AMAZING in every sense of the word! Wow. He certainly earned his position! He helped me fix my BENT iPhone by installing a screen on it temporarily enough for me to get all my vital info off of it! You saved MEMORIES, sir! You are a person of VALUE! Kevin is a man that cares. Truly. And the prices were SO reasonable. I will always go back to this location as long as he works there. What a gem. I know this review will be lost amongst the hundreds that are already here, but I still needed for it to be said. I hope Kevin gets the recognition he deserves from this company. Batteries Plus is VERY lucky to have him! UPDATE!!! Another cracked screen, another beautiful, time saving, money saving visit!!! Wow! The gentleman that took care of me this time is a DIRECT REFLECTION of the manager! He even let me test the phone screen he was going to install (it’s an aftermarket one) before paying for it! And it was high quality OLED! I couldn’t tell a difference! Amazing experience. You guys have done it again, and saved me time and money. I was literally out of the store in 10 minutes with a new screen!!! Wow!
