Huge thank you to Gary for helping me find a replacement bolt for my trunk hinge. We ran into a couple obstacles but we got it figured out and he ended up not charging me for it. Highly recommend going here. Great people, great items, well organized and most of all great community.
Shoutout To Parker! I called in and asked if I could get a propane refill as mine died in the middle of grilling dinner. Parker met me at the back of the store grabbed the tank and had it filled up in 2 mins. I was extremely impressed with the service and he is a 5 star employee
This is The BEST ACE hardware store I've been to in decades. They had a hard to find mini bulb I needed. The price was 1/4 of what the auto parts store down the road wanted for it. So I bought 4! I was greeted the second I walked in the door with a smile and directed to the aisle I needed (aisle 8 parts). The casher was friendly, too! I'd begun to be skeptical that any place with great customer service other than Chick Fil A existed. This place was like taking a step back in time! I WILL be back! They've won a new dedicated customer over! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Wow, what a great staff! They are so attentive, and the store is perfectly laid out and clean. I just stumbled upon this store through Google Maps. I'm sure glad I did. I will definitely be back.
The Bearden Ace Hardware employees are wonderful, helpful staff. Every time I go there, they are consistently helpful. Today was no different, as Paden went above and beyond to help me with some tubing I wanted to use around the top edge of my patio chairs. It was an odd request, but he used his expertise to assist. Thanks!
Great customer service and very knowledgeable employees but the prices are a little high.
Rude cashier and you would think a little old lady would be polite. Didn’t say thank you or respond when I asked her how she was doing. There was a very obvious difference in how she treated me versus the white women in front of me. She didn’t ask if I wanted an ace hardware rewards membership. She didn’t even hand me the receipt —she tossed it on the table. Don’t come here.
