Extra Space Storage

I’ve had a unit at this location for about 2 years. Over that 2 years, my rates have gone up 2 or 3 times to the point it’s almost double what I was paying. They say it’s because of demand and prices in the area, but the places charging the same rates in the area are only a few years old and typically climate controlled. I moved to another location down the road that’s also an old location, unit is slightly smaller and half the monthly rate.

I called on Friday to rent a unit and was set up right away. The guy (I can’t remember his name) was super helpful and excellent customer service. Then I received a call almost immediately from the manager of the facility of my unit to just welcome me aboard and give me details. I then decided the unit I got may not be big enough. I just called to see about a larger unit and Vince called me right away and set me up in a larger unit. He did not try to go more than I needed. He explained the one I actually wanted would be too much space. Vince has excellent customer service. It was an easy transition from the one to the other. There is an app I downloaded which shows all details. Everything is super easy. Thank you all and I look forward to seeing the unit.

Easy to reserve. Good location, clean, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside is the periodic monthly fee increase. Overall I think the experience was pretty good.

My experience was incredibly positive. The customer service was impeccable, and the whole process of booking was extremely easy. I highly recommend them for all of your extra Space storage needs! I would absolutely reconsider them again in the future any of my extra space storage needs!

We met with Vince and we're shown several spaces. He was wonderful and knowledgeable to work with. We had a great experience! Update, after 4 months our price was adjusted almost double. I went and spoke to Vince (wonderful problem solver) and he was able to lower it considerably, not what it was but a number I could live with. Im thrilled they worked with me!

My husband and I have rented from extra space for a long time and have had mixed feelings about past management at other locations. I by far would say go to Vince he is so helpful and kind really great guy as well as amazing manager!
