Awesome shop and group of guys, They are very kind and helpful. They helped me put together my mongoose title elite 24 in BMX race bike and I love it. They have also became a huge role in my BMX TEAM. Thank you HARPERS BIKE SHOP for all that you so for cyclist like myself. If you visit Knoxville,TN swing by say hello and check them out.

My new bike is great, but the guys working at this shop are even better. They spent so much time with me getting my bike perfectly dialed. Suspension setup, fit, lever position, so much more. All setup before my first ride. Went over every component and aspect of the bike answering all my questions. Lots of places will sell you a bike, but these guys make sure it’s the right bike and setup for you and your riding. You can feel the passion they have about mountain biking in their customer service. 10 out of 10.

These guys are honest and amazing 10 stars. I took my Felt Tribike there to replace the Shimano crankset (10+ years old)that snapped on me. I was fully expected to pay for a new one. They said that particular crankset set has been a problem in the past and it checked out that it was covered under the recall warranty. They said they would just charge me a small labor fee, I was like how about the back cassette does that need to be replaced. They were like nope, nothing wrong with it. LOL I wish I had this luck with car mechanics because these guys are so honest and not looking to take you to the bank.

The raddest staff on the planet. Never pretentious, always going the extra mile. Why go anywhere else? Too many shops are pretentious and aloof. These dudes want EVERYONE to ride. No gatekeeping and they are out to get you the bike you need at the price point you can afford. No upselling. Tons of sweet and cute shop dogs. Love it.

This shop is dope. I go in to look for MTB shoes expecting to drop $160.00 and instead leave with high end Giant shoes AND new pedals. All this for $30.00 less than I was going to spend. 4 different fellas approached me while I was checking stuff out and led me to the deals, offered solid advice and helped me figure out what worked best for me. Super friendly to boot. I bought my first bike, a Giant Roam II, at this shop in 2012, and I remember that experience being rad as well. Thanks again for your help, fellas.

First time dealing with this shop and happy I did! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and honestly enjoying my new bike. Scott was great to deal with on this purchase and yes kids us old guys can still do wheelies it just hurts more when we hit the ground... ‍♂️

If you’ve spent time around bike shops, you’ve probably run into a tech or two who wasn’t having the best day—but that wasn’t the case at Harper’s. The team here is great. This was my first time getting service from them, and I have zero complaints. I brought in a "new-to-me" used (not purchased from Harper’s) for a few small fixes. When I dropped it off, the tech gave it a quick once-over and didn’t see anything major, but said they’d check out the issues I mentioned. They called later that same day to confirm the problems and explained what was needed to fix them. No upselling—just honest, quality service. The bike rides great again, and I’ll definitely be back when my other bikes need work. Great job, guys!
