This was literally one of the best visits to any store ive ever had. Im a real customer and I had a very good experience. I went there for dog food but ended up buying some trees as well. Melissa and Kelly were beyond helpful. They helped load the trees, they stopped what they were doing just to help me. Melissa is the definition of a good customer service agent! If anyone deserves a raise this girl does. Please keep her around. She should run a store. Thank you for hiring the both of them. They make this store a great place. The store had all the typical products you’d expect at a Tractor Supply, but what stood out was the excellent customer service. The gentleman at checkout was friendly and welcoming, which made for a great shopping experience. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who enjoys their job!

It was very nice and the workers all was helpful and I love seeing all the flowers and plants there

Elisabeth was so awesome. She went above normal customer service in helping me with my Propane tanks being refilled. Way to go Tractor Supply for hiring such a pleasant young lady!!

We’ve shopped at this TS for years and NEVER had a problem til tonight. Cashier (blonde girl) and a guy with glasses were absolutely useless! Began with us asking about wormer for goats, took 15 mins to get someone to come back and help us, for the guy with glasses to inform us he had no idea. Husband asked if there was anyone there who did know and glasses guy said the guy who would know is extremely busy. I took 2 different allergy meds for dogs to the cashier to ask if she could tell me anything about them, because I couldn’t locate anyone else in the store, she had no clue. Asked if anyone there did know that could talk to me about them, to be told she could look at the reviews but that’s the best she could offer. We purchased 5 cattle panels that were locked up outside. Asked to have someone come out and unlock them, I had to go back in the store 3 times before glasses guy came out, only to inform me he was very busy and only makes $12.50 per hour! Seriously! We are at this store on a monthly basis between buying for our goats, cow, dogs, cat and 4H Clover sales. I have never had anyone in this store be so rude or not want to do their job. Granted we 99% of the time are here during morning, mid-day hours, there’s absolutely no excuse to have that kind of work ethic. Unfortunately we’ll be back this Saturday for our 4H Clover sales and I pray these 2 workers are not here!

I was pleasantly surprised a few days ago after checking out and leaving with 5 heavy bags when a female employee while walking out to her car asked to help load even though it appeared that she was either going on break or leaving for the day. That was from someone who cares which is rare these days. I declined the help but was pleasantly surprised. Excellent Customer service!

This was my first time EVER going to this store. I must admit I had a very pleasant visit. VERY friendly staff, very eager to help you. I WOULD RECOMMEND this place to any one that wanted to know about this store.
