I bought a battery from this location that stopped holding a charge within just two months. After replacing my alternator and having the entire car checked, the only possible issue was the battery itself, which came with an 18-month warranty. On my first visit to replace it, I was told there was nothing wrong with the battery and the problem must be my car. I had my vehicle professionally checked, and there were no issues found. On my second visit, I was told the same thing. They then came out to my car, found a crack in the negative terminal clamp, and said, "That's probably it." They replaced it, but the problem continued. On my third attempt to use the warranty, they argued with me again, insisting, "It can't be the battery; we tested it." Frustrated, I bought a new battery from Walmart, which completely solved the problem. I returned to Interstate Battery a fourth time with the faulty battery. They then claimed it was "out of date," even though it wasn't. They refused to honor the warranty because there was no date stamp on the battery (which there is supposed to be) and I no longer had the receipt. I strongly advise against using this company. They do not honor their warranties, they will argue with you, and you will be stuck with a useless, $200 brick.

Do not buy Interstate batteries. I purchased a $200 deep cycle for my boat last 7 months ago. Boat has been on the water 3 times. Battery wouldn't hold a charge. Took it in and was told I needed a receipt to exchange it. Was luckily able to find the receipt and went back the next day. Was then told that the battery was bad but it was something I did so they wouldn't honor the warranty. Been charging boat batteries for 20 years I've never had this happen.

Batteries had been giving me trouble, 10 months old. Take back to Interstate to have them replaced. Two of the batteries, she said tested good and one tested low but she didn't think it was bad and proceeded to tell me I had other issues with my truck. She said she could keep it and charge it for a 24 hour period and test and see if it was bad. I don't have time for that Ky truck would loose $700-1000 over the battery and not working. I left and went straight to Lexington truck sales and bought batteries, put in the truck and it started up like new. This woman was very rude and doesn't know what she is doing. Iv had to boost my truck off 5 times within the past couple of weeks. These batteries are junk!!! Lexington truck sales has the same cranking amps with 18 month warranty for $94 a piece. Interstate come with a 1 year that's no good because they have to test your battery over night. I would never recommend them again

The kid at front desk cannot do simple math!! He did NOT give me back right change. 8$ is what he kept of MINE!!

My last Interstate Battery lasted more than 6 years. Very low prices, $50 cheaper than anyone else, and they even installed at no charge. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Roy for taking such great care of me today!

We had a great experience. We called prior to ensure our battery was available and the cost. Informed the young man we would be bringing in an old battery in exchange which reduced the price even more. We would recommend this place of business to everyone. Let me add some comments on pricing. The battery I purchased was 25% less here than what was being asked at the dealership. Even "Interstate's" battery chargers would of saved me a couple of bucks over what I paid at Walmart.
