I recently had my hood painted due to my clear coat failing and it looks amazing - Keenan did a great job! Kelli was wonderful to work with and was able to answer all my questions! Will definitely use them in the future.
I want to express my gratitude to Shay, Kassidy, and Ray for their exceptional customer service. Today's experience was truly outstanding. Shay quickly found the exact OPTIQ Sport 2 we wanted at another dealership after I described the color combination, and she arranged the sale through Quantrell Cadillac. We had special requests like installing a tow hitch and mud flaps, and Shay and Kassidy made it all happen seamlessly. Ray went above and beyond by assisting with the sale and even picking up forgotten paperwork from us in Louisville. Please ensure they know how much they are valued at your dealership—they are amazing! Employees like them are truly irreplaceable. Our first GM in a very long time. Again we were so impressed.
My car was damaged during a service repair on 9/8, I noticed it that same day, but it was after business hours, so I called first thing the next morning. Tried to reach the service manager, but of course, I’ve been playing the "he’s in a meeting, I’ll have him call you back" game for over a week now. I even wasted my time trying to resolve it in person but apparently the guy is a damn ghost. The walk around video from when I checked in shows the damage was clearly not there before. I’d look over your vehicle BEFORE you leave the lot because after that they don’t care. Being busy is one thing, but dodging a customer issue is unacceptable, I’m far too busy to deal with having to repeatedly call just to get something fixed that wasn’t my fault.
I went here 6 weeks ago for a vibration issue. They performed a full inspection and determined that the left front caliper had locked up. They wanted typical dealer prices to fix it so I paid for the inspection and left. I purchased a brand new caliper, new rotors and new ceramic brake pads and installed them myself. The vibration issue reappeared and was an off and on thing. I took it back to Quantrell and they performed another inspection and said it need a new caliper, rotors and brake pads on a car that only two weeks prior had them all replaced! Then they said the transfer case seal was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. Apparently it got real bad 4 weeks after their first inspection where it was not noticed? Highly unlikely! So I pick up the car and pay a very expensive bill only to see the check engine light on that wasn’t on when I dropped it off two days ago. Could be a coincidence I suppose. The worse thing was when I noticed the steering wheel was about five degrees to the left when driving straight!! Apparently their alignment "Tech" just didn’t know what he or she was doing. Now I have to go back again and waste another 1.5 or so hours while they fix it the right way!? Ugh. The service writers are great here. The mechanics are not
After a long search for a car that was reasonably priced and safe for our son, we found a 4Runner at Quantrell Cadillac. Being out of state was not an issue. Todd made the process so easy. We did most of the work over email. My husband flown up to get the car. Todd even met him at the airport. Great service and price. We are very happy.
Sadly, I will never buy another car from Quantrell. I have purchased three and my grandfather always purchased his Cadillacs from them. I trusted them completely. We purchased a car for our daughter earlier in the year. A week later her car was towed. The car still had the temporary tag as we had not had time to receive the title and registration. Because of this, the tow company required Quantrell to provide the necessary information, basically proof of ownership, so they could release the car to us. I was sure this would be an easy fix but it was not. The dealership did not have the dealer reassignment (they could not show ownership) and they told me it would take a couple of days to fix the paperwork. I called back a couple of days later and they told me there was a problem with the paperwork from when the previous owner traded it in. So a few days more? Try three weeks when the title and registration finally arrived! I do not know how many people are familiar with getting towed but it is quite an expensive endeavor. In this case $1900 to be exact. Absolutely, the initial tow was our responsibility! What is shocking to me is that Quantrell sold us a car they did not officially own, at least not on paper, and in the end told us it was not their problem. Never an apology that they did not have their paperwork in order and never any contact from a manager. Fortunately, but begrudgingly, we were able to pay the $1900 but I know a lot of people, if that had happened to them, they would just have to let the car go. So in the end, we will shop elsewhere from now on.
Sold me a new CT5 with damaged wheels. "Repaired" them twice with shoddy workmanship. Now paint is peeling and they will not replace the wheels. They want to "REPAIR" them again. Do not buy a car here. Once you sign the papers they could care less about you Update: After over a year of arguing and me posting my horrible experience they finally sent me a set of new wheels. It is a shame that it took so long. I am very stubborn and I feel like they thought I would give up. They were wrong.
