Rachel is amazing! She was so kind and helpful throughout my visit to the store. We ran into a few problems along the way, but she was quick to figure them out and made sure I got exactly what I needed. She was patient, understanding, and made the whole process so easy. Great customer service, I truly appreciate her!

Tray and Antonio make me so glad I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Seriously go see these guys. I came in with concerns today and they took time to do a diagnostic on my phone and assure me I'm covered of it continues to be a issue. And the choices of gifts from the Magenta swag was impressive. They went above and beyond to help switching me from Verizon... with the bring your own device deal so I receive a credit to pay it off. After 12 years as a loyal Verizon customer the level of customer service and detail has been exceptional with T Mobile at this location. Melissa helped verify my new service worked properly and store manager Tray Eberle walked me through some settings to maximize my phones performance! Love these folks and my new service is wonderful.

We'd decided to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and went to this location today. They found a plan that worked for us saving us money and I got the new phone I wanted. They took care of everything . . . even having an employee stop at another location on his way in to pick up the model I wanted that they were out of. They had to work around me forgetting my Apple ID password, but they did it all with a smile. I worked with Tray, Antonn and probably everyone else in there since they were busy and all pitched in. Their patience with this senior was much appreciated and I would recommend anyone thinking about T-Mobile to check out this location. Thank you guys . . . all of you were amazing!

A bit disappointed. After recommending T-Mobile to my daughter (age 56). She wanted 2 lines and was told that it would be $100/month. I asked about the $30 per line for over 55 and the young man (Lorenzo) told us that was the best he could offer her. After confirming the 30 dollar price on the company website, we returned to the store two days later and were waited on by a different person who produced a sheet that outlined THREE different over 55 plans. My daughter was given the middle one and told she had no other options by Lorenzo. Not a good business practice! P.S. After looking over all 3 plans, she opted to stay with the middle one, but then it was HER decision...as it should have been the first time!

They helped me get my brand new Samsung S25 ultra and my galaxy 8 watch and galaxy tablet for and awesome price pluse the service is out standing. I would highly recommend that if you are in the need or even just a want for a new phone swing by this store and I can promise you there customer service reps will hook you up....

We switched phone and internet carriers and we purchased new phones here. The people here are SO helpful! They were really patient and helpful with the process with the phones so we went back and switched to T-Mobile for internet as well. They made this process easier than anticipated and our new services are great!

Jae was extremely helpful with my transfer to T-Mobile. He made the whole process quick and smooth. Great customer service!
