Office Depot

I waited outside this Office Depot for over 15 minutes before they opened at 9:00 a.m. I walked in right at opening time, explained that I needed to print several documents, and sent them to the email they provided. The employee told me it was fine and to wait. I waited 35 minutes, even bought some Oval Labels in the store while I was waiting. After all that time, the employee finally told me that their machines weren’t working and that I would have to wait "about 20 more minutes," without any certainty. On top of that, he said he had 10 other orders before mine, even though I had been there since the moment they opened. In total, I wasted more than 45 minutes without receiving any service. Terrible organization, zero communication, and no respect for the customer’s time. What made it worse was the attitude of the employee. He looked at me like I was crazy, with a mocking expression. When I told him it wasn’t possible that after waiting 15 minutes outside and then another 35 minutes inside (by then it was 9:36 a.m.) he would just tell me they couldn’t do the job, he simply said, "Ok, it can’t be done, you’ll have to wait, I have 10 people ahead of you. Have a good day," with a smirk on his face, as if he didn’t care at all that someone had been waiting so long and left without any service. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Colin was so helpful and delightful checking us out! I was getting on my fiancés nerves at the time but Colin surely helped lighten the mood. They were kind to offer us a phone number with their company has we did not have one. We just moved here from Texas and haven’t had the greatest interactions at some places. However Colin was kind, thorough and just what we needed for a hectic and stressful day. We will definitely be back and Colin, we appreciate you!

Great customer service! I submitted a project that was admittedly a bit of a rush. Collin kept me updated the whole time, and when it turned out that it was not possible to reach the deadline, she found another local store that could. Thanks a million! You guys run just as well as I do. 😉

The employee at printing (who has a septum nose piercing and glasses) was SUPER helpful. Our labels kept coming out misaligned and they took so much extra time and effort to make it right 🙂 Thank you!

Employee was kind. Relaxed. Not rushed. I like this store & the employee that helped me just now was extremely friendly.

I still remember when this Office Depot opened in the late 1980s. I think I purchased my first adding machine there, and the store always had friendly, courteous sales people...✌️

Currently standing in the store and was given horrible attitude by the associate at the print desk who said because I have a release code I HAVE to use the self service. She then finished with her guest, completely ignored me and the guest at the self service (who had to ask an older male associate for help because he didn't know how to do what he wanted and the female was more intent on ignoring people). I'm still currently standing here 10 minutes later still waiting to print my one page of paper and she hasn't even enquired if my order was large or small. Hopefully the other female associate will be more than helpful than the older looking Asian associate.
