Kroger Marketplace

This Kroger is huge! I originally stopped in just to get some cash off my card, but I found so much more! This place has clothes, food, and their little clinic was giving out free coloring pages for children, as well as bandaids. They had free bananas for children. They were also giving free pumpkins! This is the perfect way to carve them with your family!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing issues at Kroger pharmacy Richmond Road Lexington Ky. For months, my prescriptions have never been ready on time. Almost every visit, they only have a partial dose available, and I’m told to come back later. Today was especially frustrating. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone and no one ever answered. When I went in person, there were more than 10 people waiting in line. After waiting another 15 minutes, I finally got to the counter—only to find out, once again, that my prescription still wasn’t ready. This is completely unacceptable for a pharmacy. The lack of organization, communication, and accountability is alarming—especially when people rely on these medications for their health and the health of their pets. Kroger needs to seriously address the staffing and management problems at this location

The store itself is fine, and there is always good selection of seafood. Recently, I had almost exactly the same situation twice. I am aware that Kroger is asking to pay the exact amount of money if using cash. I understand that. I have read the sign 5 times. When I wanted to do so and had exact change, I was told that they no longer accept pennies. Whether the cashiers were instructed incorrectly or the sign is not written correctly.

Vicki at self checkout provided my daughter and I great customer service. We were trying to get cash back and the checkout we were at did not work. She was very busy but took the time to help us and was professional and really nice.

5 stars for a special employee, Kevin. Kevin has worked at this Kroger for years and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond! Overall have what I’m looking for at this location and the sushi is decent!

I’m concerned .. water dripping from coolers on front row across from deli . I did not see overcharging.Chocolate milk all over entire cooler as well . Very courteous employees in the aisles . Meat department is unavailable most time . Front staff were kind

What has happened to the floral department? Kroger used to be the best place in town to buy fresh flowers. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve purchased them I’ve been so disappointed. Upon taking off the wrapping of one bunch, all the leaves were brown and another bunch had several broken stems! Also, they used to be so fresh and last so long , but lately they start wilting after just a few days. Please bring back the great, fresh flowers you used to have!
