The Home Depot

We don't have this store in our local town so we like visiting the home Depots in Lexington, Ky. Great location and some different items compared to other similar stores. We don't know anything about their return policies or anything in that nature but we did enjoy shopping there. We will go back.

Richard Stofer with flooring was amazing in helping us with our flooring needs! Went above and beyond with answering questions and being helpful with underlay recommendations. Seriously don’t get this type of service anymore!

Ordinarily, I would have given this store 5 stars. However, I the parking lot dirty with trash and debris. This cleanliness issue continued inside the store. It wasn't any one major thing. It was all the little things. The mens bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. Out in the store, there were areas that needed to be swept up. Shelves waiting to be organized. I saw this store look better years ago. Hopefully, that level of attention to detail will return.

Quick Thank You to the team at Home Depot #2303. I lost my prescription sunglasses at your store and you were able to locate them and put them aside for me to return and collect them. Talk about saving money! Thanks again.

I shop here just about every single day. While working on projects, I stop in about two to three times a day. The staff is amicable. Very helpful with all requests. The problem with this store is the stocking issues. Multiple times I have gone into the store to get a product that shows it is in stock online, and I get to the store, and they are sold out. This has happened with online pick-up and in-store orders as well. They always get canceled. A lot of the shelves look very empty. I shop here for Milwaukee tools, and they have the worst setup I have ever seen for power tools. They are so disorganized and never in stock. Someone needs to step in and help this store improve. They have so much potential with the great staff.

Placed an order online as a guest. Says pickup within 2 hours, not only can they not find my order, the manager says it means you can pick up after 2 hours. Showed them a screenshot (of course the order number isn’t on the picture) with the correct store location, what was purchased, and how it was paid for. Their answer to my problem was just purchase it again, then try and cancel the first order.

My husband and I shop at this Home Depot frequently and we always appreciate how helpful the associates are. I wanted to purchase a canister of Preen, but unfortunately there weren’t any on the shelf. Luckily, Victor noticed I needed assistance, checked the inventory, and found out there were some on a pallet in the garden center. Without any hesitation, he offered to get one down for me. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to assist me.
