EV Powers Hybrid Battery Service and Repair

Amazing experience with the best, most professional Insight mechanic I've seen. Eric replaced the IMA battery from Bumble Bee in my 2005 CVT and did it right on the trailer so we didn't even have to unload it. He made the whole experience pain free. We had accidentally left the key in accessory mode so the 12v was dead and Eric took it out and charged it for us free of charge. I will definitely use him again...he's 2-1/2 hr from me but, I am glad to drive the distance for such great work. It's great to have someone working on my car who I can trust. Thanks Eric!!

Eric, the owner, is a great guy who really knows his stuff. I got the dreaded red triangle light on my Prius, and the codes said the main hybrid battery was almost dead. I took it here, and they replaced it for a very reasonable price. My car has been running smooth as the day I got it since.

Eric is amazing. I had a message come on my car screen that my battery fan was not working. Eric came out, taught me how to clean my fan, checked my battery health (it’s great) and surmised it was an error. All for 100.00. He’s kind, very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. And he’s super passionate about the work. Hopefully I don’t have battery issues anytime soon But if I do, I will call Eric. Lucky he’s in Madison.

Eric is very knowledgeable about EVs and replaced our battery in only 24 hours from drop off to pickup. The entire process was efficient and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I called Eric close to closing time on a Friday evening after working on my Prius and not being able to figure out where I went wrong. Not only did he pick up, he pretty much walked me step by step through all of my issues and answered all of the questions I had. He also sent me a very detailed guide and said to follow that and all would be good. I did what he suggested and it all worked out. But it doesn’t end there… A few hours later I received a text from him checking in on me to make sure I got everything working correctly. I feel like Eric went above and beyond to help me out. Eric is incredible - very knowledgeable and generous with his time and knowledge. He helped me remotely on a road trip when my Prius broke down with an impending warning sign on the dash. Eric, hopped on a call and helped me diagnose the issue and set me on a path to repair it and be back on my way. It's inspiring to see people who live in generosity and kindness. He's skilled and would highly recommend!!!
