O'Reilly Auto Parts

The store on East Washington Ave. with friendly staff Sent me to Watts Rd as they apparently had 2 of the part that I needed. I looked on the shelf where they should have been and I didn't see them. I then got in line to get help. There was 1 clerk waiting on a customer and 1 clerk on the floor stocking and I saw 2 or 3 clerks in the back room doing who knows what. The customer at the counter was having trouble figuring out what he needed and even made a phone call having someone talk to the clerk. After 10 minutes of myself and 2 other customers standing there for ten minutes the clerk went in the back room and came back with a young lady clerk. I told her what I needed. She said something to the other clerk in a language I don't know but I assume Spanish. She then took me to where I had looked, pointed at the parts then walked away and started helping the next customer without giving me a chance to say anything. I was in no way anything but respectful and had drove across town to get there. I really don't appreciate having to walk out without what I needed and will never go to that location again.

Really great service from Victor and his team. They replaced my battery quickly and efficiently and were really sweet and patient despite me not knowing anything about cars and having to have my dad on the phone the whole time LOL Also Victor was really cute but that had nothing to do with his service so. unrelated but did add to the experience anyway

If i could do zero stars i would. Been sitting on hold for 35 minutes with not a single word spoke to me. This is the worst service I have ever had at any orileys location. (I have a business account and do business all over the state)

Love this store. Really qualified staff helped pick up spare parts and tools to change the brake discs and pads and everything worked out. I’m very appreciate it. Thanks!

I visited this location at 7pm on Monday, January 13th, and was appalled at the customer service. I went in to get my headlight changed on my 2019 Kia Sorento and they refused to change it, saying it was too difficult of a headlight to change. I’ve been to this location 4 times to get a headlight replaced and have never had a problem. I drove 2 miles down the road to the O’Reily on Commerce Drive and they changed it out no problem. All that needed to be done to change it is to unscrew a cap, unplug the light and plug the new one in. Yet apparently it’s too difficult for the 2 male employees working that night to do this. Mind you, they changed a headlight in another car right next to mine after refusing to change mine. Needless to say, this store has lost a customer and I will be going to the location on Commerce Drive in the future, and telling everyone to steer clear of this location. I’m disgusted by the customer service I experienced today.

The manager and his employee were great! They helped me diagnose a brake light problem and helped me change bulbs and lent me tools to do so. Plus they were super pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m coming back to this store

This is my first time at this store and it will probably be the last. I came in asking for a spark plug and after I was told the price, I said that seems like a little more than auto zone and the guy at the register told me to go to auto zone with a dismissive tone. I said to him, you are customer facing and you could have just said something like maybe but just sending a customer out. He then said he doesn’t need my advice so I asked for a manager. He said he is the manager. I said in that case, I am taking my business somewhere. That was absolutely terrible service.
