We had a great experience with Colin! We needed some reprogramming done on our phones Oh and we’re completely unsuccessful at getting through to Verizon by telephone or online. He knew exactly what to do and took care of both of our phones quickly and gave us some useful phone tips. Great job, Colin!

I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and I just had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jordon. He was patient and caring, and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and in a way that eased my 'tech' anxieties as well. He helped me better address my concerns around my storage limits and worked with me to free up more space. He actively listened and never made me feel rushed... I give Jordon my highest recommendation....he's a 10+ on a scale of 1-5!! Verizon is fortunate to have Jordon on staff!!!

I can't appreciate Sean enough for his time, patience, and determination to take care of my needs with phones and services. I canceled my service with Verizon, but I wanted to know what my final statement contained. There was no way possible to talk to a person about my former account. In fact, the AI hung up on me. I could not access on the internet because I no longer had an account. Talk about great customer service. We we a customer for 8 years.

Sean helped me out big time! I got locked out of my phone by my 1 year old and Sean went through all the options with me and tried a bunch of different things. He then helped me temporarily switch to an old phone until I could figure my problem out. Appreciate all the time and energy he spent and he is really great to deal with!

We went to this location to get some help with a tricky technical issue we were running into with a gizmo watch. After several attempts with the online customer service, we weren't sure it could be done. Fortunately for us, Sean was working, and he quickly figured out what needed to be done. I was almost ready to change to AT&T but then I came to Verizon at Mineral point and Sean was the best ever, he explained me everything and I stayed late on a Sunday to make sure I had completed everything! I really Thank YOU Sean for your great job and the wonderful Customer Service!
