Don’t go hea I went back to them because my screen kept popping up and they want me to pay 70 more dollars to get my phone fixed again and when I called them after I read all the reviews complaining about the same thing they stated that "nobody ever came to them"

This place will never be my go to. First they broke my phone and wouldn’t replace it, but after some talking to they gave me a refurbished one that broke within 2 days. We demanded they give me a new phone, so they did. They told me the new phone had 64 gigs of storage when it truly only had 16. A year later I stopped by while doing shopping and decide I was going to get a case. After I bought it, I kept shopping and found the same case at a cheaper price. When I came back to return the case they said they don’t do refunds but the only place you will find this statement is on the reciept that is given after you have made your purchase. I would not recommend coming here.

Wife took her phone here to get fixed on both sides of phone. Looks like they did okay on front side ,but now the back of the phone won't stay on. She took it back to place and showed the employee what was happening and she said ," yeah there's nothing I can do about that because the back piece is not the original". But we got the back piece from you so how is that our problem. Alot of money for a halfway fixed phone. Ridiculous!!!

bought a case from them and within a week it broke, took it back for an exchange and they were rude and said no and they could only give me a $2 discount like that was gone help me. Quality is awful and horrible customer service.

The people at Cell-i-Bration Wireless always have great customer service, a huge supply and variety of cases, and always give great deals. I always tell my friends to go see them and they will hook you up.

I had a horrible experience, not only did they not fix my phone they broke it more and tried to give me an old battery to put back in my phone to replace it when I came back and said they don’t have my battery anymore, so they took my money didn’t fix my phone and gave me horrible customer service! Horrible !!! Don’t go there !!!!!!

Been with them 7 plus yrs. No problems.
