CVS

I've been a CVS'er customer for 30+ years and choose no other similar store for my needs and cat supplies. ExtraCare and other coupons help me save tremendously on items I might not otherwise afford. Unfortunately, I had to discontinue getting my prescriptions filled at CVS because of supply/stock issues and lack of timely refills. But the customer service team, store cleanliness, and the updated product offerings at the Zelda Rd store is spot on. And a big shout-out and thank you to Yolanda, who's always professional, courteous, and never fails to make CVS look good.

The last two times I picked up my medication. It was spot on. It was ready when they said it was going to be and they went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate that it’s been a long time since that Store has had any decent people working in there I’m grateful for everything they do. I know it’s a busy store. Thank you so much.

I truly enjoy shopping at CVS in person and online. I love being an Extra Care Customer. It's easy to purchase most of my beauty products with the coupons and rewards I receive monthly. I also like that I can order online and pick it up the next day at the store of my choice. Thank you CVS for making shopping rewarding and fun.

The CVS website says this location offers covid test. It actually took all my information including my credit card number and set me an appointment. When I got to the CVS location I was very rudely told they do not do covid tests there. They should change their website if they don't do covid test there.

I was on the app for almost 20 minutes trying to fix an issue with my prescription. Had the prescription transfered from Prattville to this (Zelda RD) location, and believe me when I say, I will never make that mistake again! I had to call the pharmacy to inquire about my prescription because the app was no help. Spent 15 minutes trying to get through to a pharmacy tech for assistance through the patient line, but the automated system would only allow me to speak to a representative through the doctor's line (and this was after exhausting every single option via the patient line) only to be met with the most rude CVS representative I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. After giving me a lecture about using the doctor's line to speak with someone, she met my concerns with sarcasm and agitation. As a former pharmacy tech with CVS, I can wholeheartedly say that this is the worst location with regard to customer service. I'll continue to do business in Prattville, but unless it's an emergency, please DO NOT use the Zelda RD location! If you can afford to drive to another location in Montgomery for your medication, please do! The only positive thing about this location is the fact that I ended up having to message the pharmacy through the app to have my concerns addressed, and the representative who called me back was exceptionally sweet and helpful, but whomever answered the phone when I attempted to call and get assistance in the first place should NOT be working in Healthcare!

The pharmacy is usually great to me. But this current crew don’t like it if you want to wait and they are very dirty about it, making me wait nearly 3 hours while others were getting it done in 5 min
