I had my muffler replaced at your shop one week ago. However, after the repair, the noise from that area kept getting louder, and the vehicle began to shake severely, which made me concerned and led me to check under the car myself. As a result, I discovered that a critical bolt, essential for safe driving, was not properly secured. This problem could have caused a very dangerous situation and nearly cost me my life. Such negligence is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the work performed. I have tried to call your shop to explain the situation, but no one has answered. Because of this issue, I am currently unable to drive my vehicle at all. I demand an immediate explanation regarding how this happened, and I expect corrective action to ensure the safety of my vehicle and to prevent the same risk from occurring to other customers. Because my vehicle is not drivable, I am already suffering inconvenience and potential losses. To minimize further damage, I must take this issue to higher authorities if you fail to respond. I already paid $1,500 for the part replacement, but after the repair, I discovered that there was a serious assembly problem. I need a clear explanation of what inspections were actually performed and what corrective actions have been taken. My safety is my top priority. If I had realized this issue any later, I could have ended up not only losing money but also being involved in a serious accident.

I was in Montgomery visiting my daughter and my two-month-old grandson, with plans to drive back to Maryland with them. A few days before we were scheduled to leave, my 2018 GMC Acadia suddenly began to overheat. Naturally, I was concerned and hesitant to make such a long drive with an infant in the car. I located the GMC dealer in Montgomery, Mullinax Buick GMC Cadillac, and called their service department. I was told they were booked for the next couple of weeks. After explaining my situation, the service representative arranged for the Service Department Manager to call me. Within an hour, I received a call from Robin, the manager. I explained my concerns, and that very afternoon I was able to bring my car in. At the service center, I was assisted by Kaelyn, who immediately took my car to the back for inspection. By 5:00 p.m., I was back on the road with my car running smoothly and the peace of mind I needed to safely return to Maryland with my family. I want to personally thank the Mullinax Buick GMC service department, especially Robin and Kaelyn, for their exceptional customer service in my time of need. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Without a doubt, if I ever run into car trouble while in Montgomery, I know exactly where to turn.

Sam Yu, or better known as "the honey man" was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The most streamlined process we have ever experienced with buying a new vehicle at a dealership! And, to top it off, Sam "The Honey Man" Yu made all three of our boys (5yo, 7yo, 9yo) happy with a gift of his local honey and his recently published book! What a fantastic experience at Mullinax! I’m not forgetting manager, Mr. Vargas and Lamont, the stud DB from Jeff Davis that made the title process a piece of cake! Thank you, Mullinax!

Terrible service from here… I was told we would have a loaner lined up when dropping our car off for service(that was purchased here no less) however, on drop off day they didn’t have a loaner lined up at all. The lady working was extremely rude, and I called 3 times for a manager that never answered or called back. Won’t be visiting here again for sales or service.

16 years ago, Thomas Jackson sold me a Ford Explorer for a great price that lasted me 15 years and would still be going strong if it hadn't been in an accident. When I bought a Chevy Colorado from someone else, it lasted less than 3 months before the transmission started giving out. So when it came to getting a reliable truck, I called Thomas again when I couldn't find anything I was happy with, and he gave me an excellent deal on a Toyota Tacoma that I am very pleased with. Thomas really cares about his customers and God used him to bless us with this truck! Thank you, Thomas!

A gentleman allowed us to charge our EV vehicles this weekend because a gas tanker had the chargers at Sam's Club blocked off, literally stranding everyone who needed to charge. He was nice enough to allow us to leave our vehicles while we went to homecoming events to charge. I lost his business card, but he drove a Red Cadillac Lyriq. Please give him our thanks!

We recently worked with Roc on a truck purchase. Let me tell you, she was among the best we’ve worked with! She either had all the info or got it rather quickly. She was even able to help us ship the to us, as we live out of state! In addition to Roc, the entire dealership has been the easiest and most efficient dealer we’ve worked with.
