Jeremy and his crew came and did a great job! Very professional and kept the non work areas clean. I was expecting more dust but they kept it very minimal! Great work guys!

Thank you to Miles Lewis and his crew from Groundwork’s for the professional installation of a crawl space perimeter drain to take care of my foundation water issue. Miles’s crew was professional, courteous, and worked hard to complete the work I needed done to my satisfaction. When they were finished you couldn’t even tell they were there other than the work that was done. Miles and his crew kept the work site clean and safe the whole time. They also took many pictures before and after the job to make sure I understood every aspect of the job they did that I understood how the system worked.

I recently had Jeremy come out to provide an estimate for crawl space repair, and I was very impressed with the entire process. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and respectful of my home. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the crawl space and explain what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated how transparent he was about what needed to be done, what could wait, and the range of options available to fit my budget. Overall, it was a great experience, and I feel much more informed and confident about what needs to be done moving forward. I would absolutely recommend Jeremy and Groundworks to anyone needing a crawl space evaluation!

Its unfortunate that I have to post this for Groundworks considering their years of experience in their field. However, it is important that negative experience gets documented as well. I hired Groundworks (Montgomeryville, PA office) to lift my front porch that sunk creating negative slope towards the house foundation and frame. The salesperson (James) was able to sell me the project (6/2/25) and committed that Groundworks is fully capable for completing the task and if something were to go wrong, they will ensure it is resolved. I told him that I do not want to be calling 10 people to get updates if things were to go wrong and he promised that it wouldn't be the case. The appointment took place on 6/17/25 and unfortunately, something did go wrong and they ended up raising the opposite side of the porch by 2-3 inches which is now a trip hazard to the entrance of my house. I was very understanding of what happened and gave them the opportunity to correct the issue. It took numerous calls and escalations for their Field Supervisor (Ian) to come out and assess the issue. He came out on 6/27/25 and after that I haven't received a straight answer on what the next steps are. I followed up through text messages but no concrete answer. Being frustrated and tired of following up, I called the salesperson (James) on 7/10/25 and all he said was that he will follow up again which is even more frustrating. Also, he mentioned that Groundworks have canceled everything and processed the refund of the deposit (yet to confirmed) which made things worst and had me wondering what that means. Groundworks has no followed through on their promises and now I feel that they are trying to get out of this by refunding my deposit while I am stuck with a hazardous front porch. I may have to explore legal actions against them at this point. 7/10/25 3:40pm Update: The Montgomeryville, PA office General Manager reached and offered his apologies for my experience. He has personally assured me that this will be resolved and he will follow through till the end this time around. More updates to come as things progress. 07/19/25: The General Manager (Shawn) has rectified the situation and has personally ensured that his crew's shortcomings in this whole project was corrected by him and their subcontracted mason company. I have updated the rating to a 4-star based on this rectification of the issue.

Excellent job. The two crew members had to put a liner on the outside of the sump pump housing. The job took under 2 hours. They broke up the excessing concrete and dug the stone and dirt from around the pump housing. Pulled up the housing and placed the black liner around it . Reposition and install stone around the housing. Hooked up the pump and all the electrical connections. Final step make sure everything is sq. and level and then pour the concrete around the outside of the housing. The two crew members clean up the work area. The only thing I did was to pulled down the plastic drop linners around the work area. Job took placed at August 11, 2025. Side note : I did not get the names of the two gentlemen that did the job........ Thanks Mike K
