I was in Office Max this morning to find out how to order business cards. The woman who helped me was named Donna. She was very helpful explaining things to me. I will be coming back to Office Max because of her kindness and willingness to help! Thank you, Donna!

I was having a good day until a few days ago when this older guy (employee wears glasses with a long beard)was being so rude to me and looking at me weirdly and tried intimidating I'm guessing because he thought I was a child I accidentally sat on a chair and didn't see the sign and he rudely told me to get up and then on top of that as I was leaving he said " that's not an exit" in a rude way again because I got confused. I don't care if he was having a bad day or not its not what you say it how you say it. have some respect!!!!!

Pretty standard but good. Felt comfortable with the process.

This is a great store! Someone always welcomes you, the staff sincerely enjoys helping you and every staff member is knowledgeable about the entire store and its services. I also come here for printing. The staff listen, happily help and want your order to be just what you hoped for. I know going here will be a good experience and I'll be happy when I leave Thanks everyone. Your good teamwork is very appreciated!

I’m a local customer I come in from time to to time to print papers and when i usually do everyone usually at your helping need as soon as you walk in and today for the first time in 5 years i had a bad experience with the manager/boss they called her she very snappy and snippy come of like she nice and trying to help but you can tell it’s and act for the job her energy was way off… usually when I go to this place I go right to the gentle men at the registrar and he takes care of me and prints out my paper I need super fast and I go on my way and today when the lady refuse to do it at the register and wanted me to deal with a machine I never delt with before I went to the gentle men I usualy go to and ask if he can do what he did last time because no one behind register was doing anything just acting like they working for the cameras and you can tell in his face he wanted to help me but he turned and looked at her and said to me that she change the rules we don’t do it at the register no more and that was such and inconvenience for me I was 30 min late to work store wasn’t busy had to do get back in line get a gift card cuz after doing email process I had to have a debit card or something to pay and I didn’t only had cash so had to go back in line get a gift card go back in line at machine again and get it printed a place that was so convenient was VERY INCONVENIENT today was late 30 min for work and all this could’ve been avoided and done and over with in less than 2 min if she would’ve let them help me at the register like they always do they had no customers there all the customers where st the printing machines seems like to me the boss / manager there is teaching her workers how NOT to work like her and just stand there like security and make us do everything exactly why business like this are going out of business management supposed to lead by example and then I try to call corporate and there automated system just spins you in circles to the point it says ty for calling good by it’s crazy in 2025 I swear the worst

I hadn't been in this particular store in years. I went in to get my TSA Pre Check application processed. I was greeted when I entered the store, and the lady who processed my application (blonde lady, late 40s) was not only PERFECTLY PUNCTUAL, but she was sweet as can be. We got the process completed quickly and efficiently; I was super impressed. Anyone needing their Pre Check processed, go see her!
