U-Haul made it easy to schedule a rental, take the necessary photos of the truck, and track my trip. I would definitely rent a truck from U-Haul again. When I dropped off the truck in Philadelphia, the young man who I talked with was friendly, polite, and respectful. He checked over the truck and wished me a great weekend. I do not often see young people today like that let alone in a customer service position.

This is a great haul locations. I’ve worked with Nigel a number of times and he has always been kind, professional and helpful. Will definitely rent from here again.

Terrible experience! Service could not have been slower and to make it even worse, the employee did not give us the key to the trunk so we got to our location and could not access the inside. We have taken off of work, we were assigned a moving time slot, and now we are unable to use the truck we spent a ridiculous amount of time to get. The afternoon wasted our time from the long time to get the truck and not being able to enter the truck to actually move. Not to even mention the expense of all of this.

DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL!! A uhaul caravan hit my PARKED Mercedes Benz AT THIS LOCATION and Uhauls insurance is only willing to pay $5,000! TRIED REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE, WHICHWAS A WASTE OF TIME. Horrible!!! MY DAMAGES WERE $26,000 IN TOTAL! RUINED MY 2021 AMG GLE

My favorite place to come. Nigel is such a wonderful and respectful young man. Always willing to help and make things easy and smooth. Have had many issues with other Uhauls but never one with him. This man deserves a raise!

I had trouble navigating the website and made a mistake when I made my reservation. When I showed up, Naigel helped me figure it out. Moving is stressful as it is, and when I dropped the ball, Naigel picked it up and handed it to me with a smile. He saved the day!

He took the time to welcome me to Philly, engaged in effortless conversation, and by the time I left, I felt like we were old friends. His ability to blend humor, professionalism, and genuine rapport-building into every sentence was remarkable. Any worries I had about the late return instantly melted away. Then came Nigel. As I stepped outside for the vehicle inspection, he carried the same electric energy. Confident, personable, and clearly passionate about his job, Nigel turned what is usually a routine check into an enjoyable, engaging conversation. In just a few minutes, he knew details about my move and took genuine interest in my experience. When I mentioned the stark contrast between my pickup and drop-off experiences, Nigel didn’t take the bait to criticize. Instead, he handled it with pure professionalism, offering a quick, classy apology on behalf of the other location before proudly reinforcing what Philly is all about: "The city of brotherly love—you won’t find that here, my man. We’re here to help, it’s all good!" That moment stuck with me. U-Haul is incredibly fortunate to have these two representing their brand. Their work ethic, enthusiasm, and customer-first mindset are truly exceptional.
