Went to buy a desk calendar. Display showed 5.99. Went to check out and they said 9.99. I told her there was a Display showing 5.99. She asked me if I still wanted it for 5.99. Duh yes

Jeff was absolutely amazing with us! We went in to get our wedding invites printed and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He proofread, scanned our QR code to make sure it was okay and we even were able to pick them up and send them out same day! Highly recommend - He also was able to find us coupons to help our wedding budget. Thank you Jeff!

As a place to ship UPS packages, I do not recommend Staples in Ross township. The staff were fine but the way Staples makes you purchase every single item that you might need to set up and ship a package is borderline criminal. There is literally nothing in the front, where you need it. No scrap pieces of foam, no box cutter, everything has to be bought separately, in the back. And when you do, they are prepared to make you wait in line over and over again. The worst shipping experience ever.

I had no problem finding everything I needed. The clerks were friendly and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for supplies for my class.

Takes returns for Amazon and refuses to give receipts. If the printer is broken your customers need to be informed before they drop off packages not after.

Floyd was super helpful with my Amazon return and my subsequent purchase. I really appreciated my interaction with him.

I went to Staples to investigate selecting a new computer to replace my ten year old terminally ill PC. The employee advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful, understanding my needs and limitations in computer literacy.
