T-Mobile

Got a new phone shipped to me from the insurance company. Took it in to this store because I couldn't transfer anything as my old phone wouldn't turn on. Store manager came over and when I asked for him to help me transfer everything, he told me there's nothing he can do and that there's no way to get anything back. I go home and spend an hour in the settings and reclaimed every contact, message, and phone call log i had. So much for a store manager. If I was buying a new plan rather than restoring my existing im sure he would've tried to help.

Adam @ S Hills Village went above & beyond amazing!!! So happy w/ his knowledge & great personality. I feel guilty about not posting a review sooner! He deserves a billion stars. Thank you, T-Mobile!! Adam also went over & sold me the smart watch plus sold us the wifi for our home the same day after switching my 4 family unlimited plan I had for over 10 yrs w/ Cricket!!! (Switched from Xfinity w/ wifi even in a contract bc of the amazing deal & I trusted him!) Def better than the online experience! Go see Adam at South Hills Village!!! So Happy!!!

as with any major company, you’re going to have negative experiences and positive experiences. I can’t speak with the store very specifically I didn’t say that the people here are very nice and professional and do everything they can to be helpful in the way they can be I would want to caveat to say that T-Mobile as a business has been less than good to me overall despite this one stores performance, so do your research before you sent it with him and make sure you get everything right

Dissapointing service with zero personality or effort. Didn’t explain procedure of exchanging phone for new model, didn’t show device upgrade, lacked any kind of enjoyment with his job. Went through tedious effort to get to point of sale to then be hit with huge price that wasn’t mentioned upfront. I was made to pay my existing contract phone off of $130 which I did in store and thought was the total cost of then me being able to upgrade to new phone. This was not the case, I was then told it was $700 at final bill. Which if I was told this upfront before paying my old device off I would not have gone through with upgrade or paying my current device off. I asked for refund of my $130 and he shrug shoulders saying it’s too late and you’ll have to email T mobile direct there’s nothing he could do! This Was so much of a disappointment that I have decided to move to new service provider! Shop was over filled with staff and everyone lacked energy or enthusiasm.

Sometimes smart phones can be difficult for older folks. My mom recently had an issue that we thought was a virus. We took it to Angela and Ben at the T-Mobile store and they figured out what it was and made the necessary fixes. Those two employees were diligent, honest and I am beyond appreciative in an extremely frustrating situation. They are the best! Thank you Angela and Ben.

Had a really great experience at the T-Mobile store/South Hills Village Mall today. I needed few things done on my account and worked with Antony and Sean. Both were very knowledgeable of the products and services available and took time to look for more information that was very useful. On top of that, they were very professional and patient with all the questions I had. Next time I need to go to T-Mobile store, I know exactly where to go! Thank you so much, Antony & Sean.
