I had a positive experience at this U-Haul location. The staff was courteous and took the time to review my pricing, which ultimately saved me money compared to booking online. The owner (whose name I didn’t catch) was so helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was handled properly. I appreciated the extra time and effort. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Absolutely awful experience. I returned my truck and trailer to this location after a cross country move. They somehow failed to check in my return and started calling and harassing me about it. I called corporate and lodged a formal complaint. I did everything correctly my end. The staff seemed young and inexperienced when I did the return. I’ve requested them to pull all video surveillance footage as proof that I did indeed return the equipment. My next step will be reporting this franchise to law enforcement for fraud and harassment. Do not do business with these people at any cost!

They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, even helping attach the tow for my son’s car with great care and expertise. Their upbeat attitude and sense of humor made the process enjoyable—they joked around with us because we were Packer fans and made us feel welcome throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this particular location for anyone needing U-Haul services.
