Straight forward, super easy to rent a unit, clean property. Now the staff Some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Very helpful, thorough , professional, respectful, etc. Going to the office for the first time was honestly fun. Thank you guys for the making the process enjoyable.

Incredible company, Bill really helped me out a lot showing me the best options, i appreciate that. you can tell he would go above and beyond just to help out a customer just because he is like that! Plus compared to other storage facilities the price here is outstanding and in a convenient location. 100/10 would recommend this place!

On August 25, 2025 I was assisted by Mario and Roberto at your Murphy Canyon location. The customer service I received was exceptional! Although I had a reservation, Mario gave me a better price and unit location than what was reserved. The fact that he did that was much appreciated. It has been my experience lately that people don't believe in customer service too much anymore. But Mario and Roberto have proven that to not be the case. I have received excellent service from all employees I've dealt with at the Murphy Canyon location. In fact, every time I go inside I'm greeted with the warmest of welcomes and the brightest smiles.

We had such a great experience at Price Self Storage! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized, which gave me total peace of mind about storing my belongings. We especially want to give a huge shout-out to Mario and Ricardo, they were both absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to answer all our questions, walked us through everything we needed to know, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our storage choice. Their professionalism, patience, and friendliness really stood out. Mario should also be a stand up comedian, because he had us cracking up! It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about customer service the way they do. If you’re looking for storage, we can’t recommend this place enough and definitely ask for Mario and Ricardo if you want the best experience!

I’ve been renting two 10x30 units here for over a year. When I first started, the experience was great — the staff was friendly, helpful, and the pricing and offers were very fair. Unfortunately, things have changed. After about six months, my rent went up. I went to the office to see if they could match my previous price, and the lady there told me she’d look into it, call me the next day, and that I’d "be happy." That call never came. I assumed the price was matched, but months later I found out I was still being charged the higher rate. When I went back recently to close out one of my units, the customer service wasn’t the same as before. The staff didn’t seem to care as much, and unlike last year, they weren’t as friendly or supportive. It really feels like they focus more on attracting new customers with deals and promotions rather than keeping their current loyal customers happy. The facility itself is fine, but the customer service and communication have gone downhill. Promises were made but not kept, and that’s disappointing after being a long-term customer.

Mario has been incredibly friendly and approachable. He has made me feel completely comfortable and at ease every time I visit, answering all of my questions with a positive and helpful attitude. His professionalism and friendly demeanor make a huge difference, transforming what could be a chore into a genuinely pleasant experience.

This is my second time around, needing a Storage at the last minute, not by choice! Once again, the staff made a very stressful situation absolutely easy, were very professional, kind and the size I needed affordable! They really have gone above and beyond are so helpful, friendly and I just can’t say enough about my experience for the second time around! Their units from my experiences have been clean well cared for along with the whole property, also being centrally located. Thank you so much!
