If y'all don't make Lucero a manager or better already!? Her and Alejandro are something else, friendly, smart, helpful, just cool. They remind me of going to the old school parts stores with my gramps as a kid. People who know their stuff and want to be helpful. People who are wise enough to know what they don't know, but know how to find it and figure it out. I don't know if I worded that right, but I intended it as a high compliment. I was looking for a brake booster vacuum connector and had wasted time and walked out of 3 other stores before I remembered these 2 amd drove across town and found both of them on shift at the same time! Alejandro listened to me and came out to see the part and knew he didn't have it in stock or even in his system, but recalled another customer having needed the same part and proceeded to search online until he found me the exact part 3 other parts store couldn't even find a name for or photo! He gave me the link so I could order it. These 2 are both great I love being able to walk in there with the confidence that either of them will provide me with the right parts, tools and advice and to be cool and fun with it. O'Reilly's management, take note of these 2 and figure out a training plan to get every other employee closer to their example.

The guy whose name Alejandro is unprofessional and has bad attitude and bad customer service, I bought screwdrivers set and I came back to return it since it’s not the same size I’m looking for and he start to question me why I’m returning which is not his business but I still told him it’s not the same size he took 10 min checking the screwdrivers and asking me did you use it, is that even smart question? or trying to give me a hard time to not return something I purchased with my money? Yes I did but it’s not the same size, so he did which is obvious but the fact this guy is cashier and has this bad attitude and arguing with customers isn’t not professional at all, I hope you guys deal with this guy since he’s facing all customers with that attitude
