The location is clean and well lit but the pros stop there. There are no cameras inside and our storage was broken into. The lock was replaced by another Public Storage lock which as others have said, implies it was an inside job. They never got back to us on outside camera records or contacted the police from the report we filed.

General Facility is good but customer service is POOR. In the first year they raised my rent THREE TIMES. My rent started at $375/month and now it’s more than $500. Stay away!!!

All the locks are the same. My friend got her unit broken into and property stolen and it was evidently an inside job because lock wasn't visibly tampered with. My friend and I and another friend came in today and nobody was there when we needed a dolly. Thank goodness a FedEx man came and carried four boxes out for us. Looks like employees are doing holiday shopping in the storage units. I will be supporting my friend through the whole process. A police report is being filed, hopefully they cooperate without court being required. If you have no other choice but to choose this place please secure your property with an additional lock and take pictures each time you go for documentation. The insurance they have only covers 5 grand so complete coverage falls on the unit tenants. Unfortunately my friend didn't think this would be something required because theoretically the place is protected but since everyone is packing their audacity this season I recommend having additional insurance. It is worth noting that the only way to access the units is a QR code/keypad. The locks say on them property of public storage - so they have a master lock for all of them. Unconscionable.

It’s overall good. The storage itself is nice and convenient. But the prices are a little high. My storage is really not that big and I’m paying almost $130 a month. Seems a bit much. But they take advantage of that when you need the storage. Also literally every time I go there, the front desk people never want to help and just look at you like you’re bothering them. Hella awkward lol.

My storage was only $31. Those prices are unheard of. Previous living situation had roaches so I was in a rush to get my items out. Thank goodness for these low prices. I called locations out here in LA - guess what? $180 Kiddin me…

Great customer service from Emory! Give the man a raise. He went above and beyond. I arrived right when he was going to go to lunch and still helped me out. Thank you Emory!

THE EMPLOYEES WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS. DO NOT RENT HERE. I had my deceased father’s belongings here for over 2 years. I get a random call one day that they suspect someone broke into my unit and put a different lock on the unit. The circumstances of everything including entry records were EXTREMELY fishy and the employee we spoke to when it happened was very rude. Apparently there is no entry record of someone coming and going, and only the valuable items were taken within 24 hours of the employees opening up my unit to take photos of my belongings. I was delinquent and my items were about to get auctioned, and I PAID UP TO DATE only to find out that I was ROBBED. What is the logic behind everything being fine for two years and all of a sudden THE DAY they open my storage up to see my belongings, all the valuables go missing. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone and even when they scheduled someone to cut my lock to do inventory, they put it off for WEEKS hoping they could get their story straight. This place is CROOKED and I will be getting legal representation for my father’s belongings.
