I usually don’t leave store reviews, but our microwave had stopped working, and I needed to pick up a new one the same day. Alexis in Appliances was extremely helpful! I changed my mind a couple of times, but he was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I’ve been to this Home Depot before and have had to wait a while for help, but Alexis came right over and provided excellent service from start to finish. Thanks to him, we were able to get our new microwave out the door that same day. Thank you, Alexis!

I needed to do my floors for my new house and what did you know Home Depot nearby! I have a good amount of experience with doing floors and they have it sectioned out really well here. They even have the colors that my wife loves.

Guys this Home Depot saved my butt with such great customer service. Just want to let anyone in the area know that if you need help in Lumber Steve Smith is the guy to see. He was patient and very helpful when it came to helping cut lumber. Thank you Steve for all your help

This review is for pickup service. This was my first time using the buy online pickup in store service at Home Depot. The email confirmation did not say any specific instructions so I went inside the store to the large pickup order sign near registers and was ignored for 10 minutes as the cashiers kept calling next for customers in the return line. Asked a worker passing where the pickup order line was and he responded "here" where I stood. Another employee arrived at the registers and was finally helped and told that there is only 1 line for both return and pickup. Why was this not said in the email or when I got there and waited by the registers for 10 minutes and ignored by employees instead? There should definitely be clear instructions when picking up and employees should be able to communicate this information instead of passive aggressively ignoring customers who don’t know.

The rental center of this store is an absolute nightmare. I rented a mini excavator from them, and just 10 minutes after it was delivered to the job site, it ran out of diesel. So I went to buy a fuel can and diesel, filled it up, but the machine wouldn’t start. After many phone calls, they finally said they would send someone to fix it. From around 9 a.m. until 3 or 4 p.m., they kept me waiting, only to tell me that it couldn’t be repaired and that they would tow it back the next day so I could rent another one. However, the next morning, they suddenly informed me that they had already repaired it at the job site and wouldn’t be towing it back. By that time, my excavator operator had already taken another job. So I called them again, demanding they take the excavator back, but they told me I had to transport it myself. I had no choice but to haul it back to their store, yet they still charged me a full day’s rental fee and insurance—nearly $500—even though the machine only worked for 10 minutes. On top of that, I had to pay a full day’s wages for two workers for nothing. Two days later, when my excavator operator was available again, I rented the machine for two days. When I returned it, they charged me a $200 cleaning fee just because there was some mud on the tracks. And to make matters worse, they had given me the same excavator that originally had no fuel, which I had filled up myself, yet when I returned it, they still charged me an additional $47 for diesel. In the end, I only used the excavator for two days but paid for three days of rental fees, three days of wages, and even had to pay again for the fuel I had already added myself. In total, I spent nearly $1,700 in rental fees and almost $2,000 in wages because of their incompetence. Do not rent from them!

I walked around the electrical aisles, looking for someone to assist me for fifteen minutes. I finally found an employee working in the electrical area.She was on the phone, so I patiently waited then.Another employee came up with the lady went right in front of me and started helping that lady.Instead, so I dropped all my things and walked out and went to a better home depot.
