I don't think the service I received was completely honest, I had a problem with my air conditioning the temperature did not go down so the technician recommended changing the dumpers, and giving it maintenance. To the air conditioning system, two days later I had to call because the same thing happened, the same problem, taking me to check on my own what was happening, which led me to change my capacitor and now everything is working well, one consumer less for the poor work and diagnosis made

Had them put a complete new HVAC unit in my house in August 2018, with the recent rains I panicked that there was water dripping from my ceiling, turns out my roof is fine and the water is coming from my hvac drains because none of drain pipes were glued properly. I called and the woman with the lovely accent said " if my technician determines that it's not a warranty item then you would be charged a $125 diagnostic fee cause it has been a very long time. Trying to keep my drywall from falling down I thought I'd just glue the one failed joint together and not have to take a day off work. When i tried to glue the joint the whole thing came apart piece by piece. there's little to no glue on every single joint and water spots in my insulation from them all dripping. Overall I'm very unhappy with the quality of work. Update 3/19/25 I do appreciate having a response from the owner as it shows it was actually read but it has been a year since I posted this review. The drain has been repaired and there is nothing further that can be offered.

I have had a solar system installed by Phoenix Energy Solutions since 2019. I was away when it was installed and returned to have a new operating system that has worked reliably for me ever since.
