I have had nothing but problems with the work this company has done. The customer service employees are great. The people that do the work. . . On one occasion a worker used my bathroom leaving a mess. They have damaged my property. Today a worker came and just disappeared without finishing the job they came to do. It's been one issue after the next and no one really fixes the problem, more often its made worse.

Great experience from start to finish! Paradigm was able to schedule a home energy assessment within a few weeks of our initial call and they got all of our new air sealing and installation installed ASAP. The home energy inspector was friendly, professional, and thorough, and he was able to explain all of his findings to us clearly. The installation crew was quick and professional, adding insulation and air sealing to our basement. We didn't feel any pressure at any point and the Paradigm team was always quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a MassSave contractor!

These folks came promptly for a no-cost energy assessment and did a thorough job. I'm in the energy industry myself and could see the level of technology assisting data gathering was tip top, the technician was knowledgeable and could easily talk through options, and wasnt pushy. There is a lot of rebate money available if you jump through the right hoops, and they knew exactly how to guide me through that. Great experience from some local folks that felt on my side. Paradigm Energy Services performed a very thorough assessment of my condominium and provided me with a detailed plan of the work required. They contracted with McMahon Plumbing & Heating which installed my ducted air source heat pump in October 2024. I live on the first floor of an 100 year old house that has been converted to a condominium. There was no HVAC system. Adam worked very hard for several days in my basement, putting up a web of ductwork and connecting it to vents that he cut into the floor of each room of my condo. Adam is highly skilled and addressed all of my concerns. He is very pleasant to work with and very responsive. It is now March, 2025. The air source heat pump efficiently and effectively heated my seven room condo throughout the winter. This was a very COLD winter and the heat pump system kept the temperature in my condo comfortable. The system is SO much better than my previous system of oil furnace and steam radiators. I look forward to using this new system to keep my home cool this summer.

Electricians Erik and Sam great, technician John (from MacMahon, who Paradigm recently acquired) terrific -they get the stars. not happy with project manager for a long project that went months over. One never gets to speak to the senior people in charge to resolve things and while it could have been fine, it wasn't.
