U-Haul Moving & Storage of Greenwood District

I cannot say enough about the incredible team at U-Haul Storage in the Greenwood District. I arrived completely exhausted after a cross-country drive with a trailer full of belongings, and Ben, Melissa, and Alethea showed me so much kindness and patience. They helped me find the best deal for transferring my belongings into another unit, and Ben even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed. What a phenomenal team! Their support turned a stressful move into a much smoother experience. Many thanks to all of them for going above and beyond!

Leaving the 5 star review only because… the lights around the rotating roof top truck were off and the neighbors were able to rest without being blinded. So thank you U-Haul.

A local rental advertised as 19.00 cost me 97.00 PLUS 10.00 (5 gallons) in gas for 34 miles. Even after I proved it hap more gas when I brought it back they still charged me miles.

The employee was so rude when speaking to us as if he hated being there. Then when we asked if we could extend a few hours what the cost would be he said it would cost us another day and asked if we wanted to set it up that way. If I'm paying for a whole extra day why would I want it set up for me to return it at 30 hours instead of 48 hour. Incompetent workers kill business, Im buying a trailer to sit in my yard 90% of the time so I don't have to waste my energy with the subpar employees. Do better haul.

Used them to move my stuff in a U-Box and bought my lock from them as well. They delivered the U-Box but the lock I had bought at the same time I ordered the U-Box was jammed - it would only open part-way and there was no way for me to open the U-Box. I called them and they would do nothing about it, despite it being their lock which was less than 2 weeks old. So now my stuff is sitting here outside my house, and completely inaccessible, and they couldn’t even say sorry. Horrible customer service.

I recently used U-Haul for a move, and the entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Booking online was straightforward, and picking up the trailer was quick and hassle-free. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The trailer was clean and well-maintained, making the move smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely use U-Haul again!

Do not go to this location if you are black you will not be acknowledged at all until the white cudiners are served even if you are just buying boxes they won’t even speak to you but will address the mailman etc. Will never return to this location and it was multiple individuals in the location that did not acknowledge me. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
