Mauricio was really helpful and kind! I had an issue with my bill and payment, and he went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Excellent customer service!

EDIT: I came during hours when they were open, and the front office as well as the side door behind the gate were both locked. Had to call up the manager to get someone to open up the front for us and then I had to unlock the side door from inside. The first time around, Maurice was super helpful, showed me to my unit, gave us a cart and was very kind. My small unit was actually relatively large and easily fits all my stuff. Second time around was frustrating. Had to find my own cart and nobody was able to guide me so I had to look at maps and was mildly confused but I still made it work.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress free thanks to Theiry. She is hands down one of the most helpful and courteous employees I’ve ever encountered. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and super secure. Parking is never an issue plus there’s plenty of space, even for larger vehicles, which made moving things in and out a breeze. I really appreciate how accessible and organized everything is here. Between the excellent customer service and top notch facility, this location truly deserves to be called the best Public Storage in the city. Highly recommend!

Anastasia helped me so much! I was having a probkem with my keys and the door to my unit, and she came with me to fix it. Also helped me with another question i had. Grateful for her. So helpful, great attitude, really appreciate her!

They have always been so helpful in my times of needs as moving is an incredibly hard process (especially for a girl moving alone). So far, I have enjoyed renting here. I love the double security. Staff is great. The access hours not so much which can be a little inconvenient. But overall, no issues.
