The technician, Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my system. He didn’t just fix the problem—he made sure everything was running at peak efficiency before leaving. I appreciated how honest and transparent they were about pricing—no hidden fees, just top-notch service. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and excellent communication, but Mike and the crew do exactly that. AC just wasn't cooling well at all. Matt came out a day after my call and tried one thing, in doing that the real problem was discovered. They gave me a couple different options, which I appreciated. Ended up installing a new unit a day later, and came on a Saturday to finish up. Great service from call to install. They also gave some love to the dog and cat as a bonus!

I cannot recommend this company enough. Mike and Jessica fit me in when my Dryer duct collapse underneath the slab of my house. They redirected the duct and cleaned up and did an amazing job.

Great company to work with. I have had him work on 2 of my houses, replacing heat pumps and servicing units. They have been quick to respond when equipment has stopped working. Mike has provided competitive estimates and quick installation even in a very hot attic. Very professional crews provide installation, service, and inspection in Lexington too.

Mike and his team had to come in and clean up after the incompetence of the companies that our Home Warranty sent to us. I wish there was a home warranty company where you were able to select the service provider. Unfortunately, all the reputable companies do not want to deal with the Home Warranty companies. That results in all the lowest rated contractors to respond do yourself a favor and hire this company from the start. They will do it right. They will do it for a fair price. And they will only do what needs to be done. Thanks again.
