Best Buy

I didn't even know my phone had a warranty and the guy was thoro and I didn't have to pay cash for my new OnePlus 13. The same one I had. But I thought my warranty was up and couldn't deal with not having that phone so I went in willing to pay full price I think I only paid like 200. Tops. And that phone has computer specs. ,16+4 20GB RAM. MAKES HELLA DIFFENCE. And people are always friendly. Here's some pics from the phone

I went to this Best Buy store today to return an item I had purchased and Isabella was at the return desk. I cannot say enough about how great she was in our interaction. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient and guided me through all the steps I I had to take to get a refund on the item. Great job, Isabella! Because of your dedication to service, I won’t hesitate to shop at Best Buy again.

I'd like to give a shout out to Ed Espinola in the tv department. I came in with my buddy Sam, and Ed was very patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to work with us on the LG tv's. He showed us the difference of many tvs, and we were so impressed with his customer service skills, and again he really knows his stuff. We ended up getting a 65' LG OLED 4K WEBOS TV. So again Kudos to Ed !

We went to Best Buy for a TV that was on sale. The salesperson we had was very helpful when the one we wanted on sale was out of stock. He showed us other options including a nicer model available at the same price . We were very happy with our purchase and the sales persons willingness to stay with us and help us through our purchase. I am very happy with my purchase.

Keith @ (Best Buy in northeast ) station, provided excellent assistance with installing my car alarm, completing the job efficiently and effectively without any issues. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the products and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Keith's great customer service is a testament to the high standards of the Geek Squad. i would definitely go to him first if I needed anything electronically put in my car.

I requested to have someone help me regarding purchasing an item but I waited for about 15-20 mins and no one came and assisted. I felt the customer service experience there was not up to par. I’ve been to Best Buy’s in NY and NJ and have gotten much better service. After, not being provided with any assistance I ended up leaving. In between all of that above, the one good experience I had during this visit was speaking with the AT&T rep about my account and he was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information I needed. Also, very quick to help as well.

Large store ,well stocked,clean. Online shopping available. Pickup was quick and efficient. While there appeared to be many sales clerks and a greeter at the door. No one acknowledged me or my need for assistance. I noticed the gaming area had a very enthusiastic clerk who was educating a customer on available products. I would suggest an effort placed on providing customer service.
